The wallet is ready since the genesis block went live, even before that. It's on GitHub: https://github.com/FactomProject.
You need to run various pieces like factomd, fctwallet and factom-cli to use your Factoids.
It is command line for the moment. What we are releasing next week is an easier way to run the three apps I mentioned above but still in command line.
A GUI wallet will be available in the near future. Our devs are working as hard as they can to deliver.

I find it hard to believe that someone actually set a 1333BTC buy order on your site , also, the whole sell orderbook looks like it was build by one man, which is probably true since no one can actually send any factoids..

The order book was created by us.  If you read below the order book, it states that it is not a public order book.  It also says that the 1333 order is a place holder saying if you are going to take advantage of that price, please give us a heads up.  Our hot wallet isn't holding that much and it will cause a delay.  The only reason that the order book is viewable to you is that people were asking where our prices came from.  We started high and are slowly lowering the price until transactions start moving.  Then the buy price will start to rise.  For the other coins we handle, there is a market our there to use to price things.  We were (inadvertently) the first to market with automated trading on factoids. 

Factoids are the digital token(currency) that can be bought and sold.  Factoids are used (destroyed) to create Entry Credits.  If you are wanting to hold factoids for their value, great.  Do Not do that with Entry credits.  Once you buy them, they are attached to your address until used.  Entry credits are not ours.  They are part of the Factom system.  They are used to enter data into the Factom service.  We have done the programming necessary to have them created for you using Bitcoin.  If you do not know what an Entry Credit is, you have no reason to buy them.

That is a private order book.  We just made it viewable because people were asking where our prices came from.  We are having to figure out where the market price is by starting high and lowering the price until interest is shown.  The prices are coming from nowhere.  We are manually trying to find the market price.  There is a note under the order book that explains the 1333 BTC.  That is signifying that we will buy as many as we can get at that price, but we do not have that many BTC in our hot wallet.  The note says so.  We ask for a heads up before someone makes a real run at that.  I personally would expect someone to run a number of smaller transactions to be sure the service actually works.

A few messages above has a windows setup for the current command line wallet.  There is a setup on github for the linux one.  Factom should have a GUI in the near future.  If you have a wallet set up, you can send and receive them.  That is another reason that finding the price is problematic.  current ease of use.

As there is no market yet, there is no defined price, so some people could want to sell at IPO price regardless if it has ended since 5 month just because they need some money right now (pay taxes, car, house etc...)

There is nothing sure about a price higher than IPO when it reach the market, if it is not on an exchange yet that means there is not a huge demand otherwise exhanges would love to trade it (I am not saying the project is not interesting, but price and value of a project is different, look at dogecoin for exemple)

Of course most of you would not sell at this this price but maybe 1 person could be interested so I post my offer in case of.

I could even buy a bit highr than IPO price depending on the amount and my mood at that time.

  I understand about trust in the digital currency realm.  There are scams all the time.  Any time I use a new service, I start with a small risk whether it is an exchange, purse.io, shapeshift or any other service where I am sending Bitcoin to.  As trust is built, I run larger transactions.  The trades on our systems are automated.  If you were to run 1000 transactions at 1 Factoid each or 1 transaction for 1000,  the only difference to us is time.   After the trust issues there is still the price issue.  That will have to be resolved over time as the market develops.

People are fickle. If they don't start seeing huge price jumps within weeks they start selling. This has nothing to do with the underlying technology or usefulness of the project. Technical superiority doesn't always win in the market place.
