bad karma comes to those that get posts' deleted when they speak the truth Wink..  I agree it was OT but its an issue that needs addressed towards this pool and its operators!  You didnt forget BTC is decentralized right. thats what gives it its strength.. You and f2pool are a security issue for BTC whether you want to see it or not..   The free market will be the deciding factor who is right and who was wrong in the end.  Sorry if i offended you with truth!

I posted something, can't even remember but was probably the truth and opinionated. Was it deleted?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

You can check your pm.. This was the first post ive ever had deleted. I got an email notification saying it was deleted.  Gives me a good feel for the democracy we can expect from china controlling over 51% of the network

Pretty sure that's called an oxymoron... Tongue

Jonny's Pool - Mine with us and help us grow!  Support a pool that supports Bitcoin, not a hardware manufacturer's pockets!  No SPV cheats.  No empty blocks.

I'm currently using Stratum protocol and PPLNS. I noticed that with P2P protocol Antpool would also pay Tx Fee to miners.

So would I earn more in P2P?

You would earn more and learn more using a smaller pool, several which are much more profitable than anthole...i mean antpool. I mined on Antpool for a long time, some days had great payouts, other days had terrible payouts and when averaged out I could have made a lot more elsewhere. Antpool also SPV mines which is dangerous plus they have grown way too large along with a few other Chinese pools. Protect your investment and mine elsewhere.

I already switched to Kano.is  Grin

I did not have problems with Antpool, but I swithched to support smaller pools, and also avoid mining empty blocks and SPV.

I saw that the backlog of payouts finally was cleared from my antpool page and I found them in my wallet as separate transactions from the dates they were supposed to be sent. It looks like the transactions were just stuck in the transaction backlog on the Bitcoin network.

This is because the likes of Antpool mine empty blocks. If a pool do not include transactions in their blocks, then transactions get backlogged until someone does include them. This is what hurts the network and could hold people back from using BTC as payment for goods. Imagine waiting in Starbucks for 14 hours until your payment is confirmed Undecided . If anyone cares about their investment and the Bitcoin network they should mine on an ethical pool.

LMAO.. i find that rather ironic dont you think.. They cant even get out their own payments due to themselves and their buddies mining empty blocks.. Bitcoin has so many ways of dealing with the bad actors it isnt even funny!
