Not necessarily. Your bonus is a function of bet amount and the odds.  
You can read the details on the website.
According to the website, every time you make a bet, a point is calculated and your point can be converted to BTC.

Your point is calculated as follows.

Point = B * 10,000 * (X^0.5-1)

B = bet amount (at BTC)
X = odds, if odds isn't bigger than 4.
X = 4, if odds is bigger than 4.

You can claim 0.001 BTC for every 400 points.

Assuming you bet your deposit 200 times, you can get 100% of your deposit as bonus, but the odds must be bigger than 1.44
Assuming the odds is 4, for getting 100% of your deposit as bonus, you only need to bet your deposit 40 times.

If I am in the U.S. just betting point spreads at -110 (1.91) odds, with Bitcoin at $19,000 USD, I would earn 22.15 loyalty points by wagering $110 at -110 (1.91) odds.

.0058 BTC ($110 USD) * 10,000 * .382 (square root of 1.91 -1) = 22.15 loyalty points.

Each loyalty point is worth $1.10 USD with Bitcoin at $19,000 USD. (400 Loyalty points are worth .001 BTC or $19 USD with BTC at $19,000 USD)

So a $110 USD bet at -110 (1.91) odds releases $1.10 USD.

So, if I got it right this time, it's more like a 90x rollover. Still very high as bonuses go, but not the 200x times I estimated earlier.

They may not be available yet because it has not yet started. not every bookmaker has those odds listed at the same early stage.
You also often see events that only start in months (just think of the Olympic Games or the European Football Championship).
Those matches are still months away and it may take longer before they are visible. I think they will be published soon.

There may or may not be more than one winner. You don't have to predict scores for all the league differently. There are around 22/23 matches each sunday from the 5 major leagues. Predict score for all these matches and the closest one will be the winner. You don’t have to predict the exact scores.
