The odds / numbers you see on the market view ( your printscreen) are already other user's unmatched bets.
If you take those bets your bet will automatically match with those.

There are some times when you will see empty markets, that means that there are no unmatched bets made by other users there, you can always place your unmatched bet and wait for others to take it!

When you place an anonymus bet, it generates a bitcoin address on that moment exclusively for your betslip.
If you register an account and want to fund it, you also have a dedicated bitcoin address exclusively for your account.

So yes, we know that it was you who funded that deposit address.

The full maths also include the commission of 4% x 0.0053 = 0.000212

0.01 + 0.0053 - 0.000212 = BTC0.015088 is what you will receive on the end of the event if your bet is a winner.

I made my bets in play, the first bets was matched at the begining of the match.
The site showed the market is in Play ( Green Live Event)
After the match finished the market wasn't closed, and the guy who offered the bets didnt canceled the bets.

So my question again. If you are not capable of running an inplay market, why do you offer it?

If you are an exchange you shouldn't comensate your "market maker" friends, if they have scripting errors. It is the user responsibility to check the race inplay.

This is the 4th time when my winning bets canceled after a match is over. IT IS REALLY NOT SAFE TO PLAY AT BETBTC.CO. (Yes I know there was some kind of error, It is really funny if I lose there is no error)

We don't have "market maker" friends, and there are no vips on betbtc. Every user on our site has the same treating here.
What happened on that race was that our bet cancelator failed to do it's job before the event starts and other user's bets were not canceled as supposed.

As you may know, you placed your bets some minutes after the event ended knowing the winner already but the odds were still there, that's the reason why we were forced to void the bets (after complaint from the other party).

Analysing your betting history, I can see you are having a very profitable day, however if you don't like betbtc and understand what happened here, the door is open for you to leave.

PS: On future situations, if you are placing your bets after the event finished and knowing the winner, there is a very high chance that an issue occurred and your bet may be voided.

If you check the logs, I made the first 2 bets in the starting/middle of the race. Odds were only a bit different on betfair. The webpage was obviously saying with green "LIVE EVENT". How should I know the maret is NOT in play?

Betbtc had 3.5 and betfair offered 2.9-3.2 . I thought somebody offers bets inplay. Of course after the race finished I was tempted to bet again, but if you check it there is a 2 minutes difference.

I am asking it again if you dont have a working product, why do you offer it? It is really frustrating to not know if your bet will be canceled or not. That is my main problem, it really looks like you favor users.

If you check my account I am still 0.7 BTC minus total, so I am not a big winner at betbtc.

I think you should disable live betting for horse racing. In this way the problem is solved. Today I had only problems with live betting.

The problem is not the live betting but the bets that were not canceled on prelive > live transition on a very specific situation, we have lots of active members today even on live and as you can see on the topic, these kind of situations are really rare, as also are any other kind of issues.

We have fixed this issue now, and I can assure you that we will keep here everyday battling every challenge and threat we detect.
Better that very few members you are aware of our dedication, improvements and achievements made since you registered on 2015-01-06.

On that case only bets placed on that horse are voided, and bets placed on other horses have its odd adjusted based on the reduction factor. For more information please check this

On horse racing we also resolve dead-heat (draw horses) the same way betfair does

The value we use for reduction factor on each horse is the same as on betfair (we will provide this information soon also on betbtc)
