The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I think its going back down again. Watch out

The buying bot has been activated, just like after every dump for the past three weeks. I think we are fine.

Is this someone desperately denying reality (manipulating for stability?!) or you think he is actually making a profit with that thing?

Bro, do you even blockchain?

It all depends on how deep his pockets are.

My best guess is he has $1M USD+, and a bot set to buy around (rough estimate from what it appears) ~25-45 bitcoins every 1-10 minutes (time varies) when the price is less than ~$11.80 and when the price has not changed ~1% within 15 minutes. He wants to rack up as many BTC he can before taking us on a rally.

Or like you said it could be someone desperately denying reality. Lol

One thing for sure, he has not made any money doing that this past month, which is why I think he has to be in it for the long run.

Wondering why he wouldnt simply wait for the price to fall if he was simply trying to get in at a low price. Because he is definitely keeping it up (against all other logic at present). Seems like someone with big interests in the long term trying to out manipulate those who would seek to instill fear by dumping/ buying to create price movements. [/tinfoilhat]

This person is obviously a bull and doesn't expect the price to fall much at all.

These spikes could be the result of bit4x hedging..

This is the best explanation so far.

If trading on leverage gets popular again the price will go down, a lot.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

ente what low is this ?

pd: i blame sellers for this drop

..maybe I should put a disclaimer in my sig which states
"I would have more bitcoins if I had made the exact opposite of every trading decision, since 17 months"
:-P
(No, I didn't calculate through that yet..)
