Someone is trying to keep the price down. But I've seen walls disappear before...

Please do not panic
The bitcoin economy is still very much alive, we do not
think price will go down by very much. We suggest you
hold on to your coins and wait out the storm bad weather
we are currently experiencing. We strongly believe their
is no cause for concern at this time.

thank you.

in my mind a few players setup the pins and just knocked them down.
money taken away from the many to the few.
it felt orchestrated.

It's funny, we tend not to see the same level of wall-making showmanship on the buy side, even when things reverse.

omg all this overreacting makes me think, the bitcoin community didn't grow up yet...
at least it looks like this is only the forum... the chart looks more like breakout-testing

Crisis Averted!
Thank everyone for staying calm and not
selling off theirs coins in a panic. It is clear
now that the small dip is over and the crisis
has in fact been averted. We recommend you
now invest large sums of money into bitcoin,
while these very low prices last.

thank you.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they keep laughing, then they start choking on their laughter, and then they go and catch their breath. Then they start laughing even more.
