Watch it be like 3000 btc at the most. No way its enough to trigger a panic.

I think this is just miners/Bitpay/Gox all fighting each other to get out above one another, with the rest of us speculating.

This was'nt as impressive crash as expected. The good side to this is that the todays price average still look pretty tomorrow.

Gox bogged while trying to buy a little at the bottom. They'll have to fix the slow order processing issue. My orders were still pending when I canceled after 10 minutes, and there was no 10.000 * 0.1BTC order stuffing during this drop!!!!

Quit using their shit.  They won't fix it until people start leaving.  I've been Gox free for over a year and couldn't be happier.

Guys, look at the difference in market depth from yesterday.

Yesterday:

When I don't wait it goes higher.  When I do wait it crashes.

Your scales are different... you're only looking about about 10k extra bitcoins below $20.

Apparently someone purposefully created a bot during the last crash to stop people from making/cancelling orders. Pretty slick actually, but also pretty fucked up.

Bro, do you even blockchain?

Dang btccharts.com, I can never keep the scale right when moving from computer to computer! So frustrating.

I love their promptness with the price and price tracking, I just wish I had more control over the scale. I will be continuing to use their services for the foreseeable future.

I used to use it all the time when it was free.  I finally bit the bullet and got myself 90 days.  It is normally quite quick to update and I'm pretty happy.  I just wish the price was a little lower.
