next stop 17, then we wait for the dumps... if they don't come... the jig is up, no one is selling and people need drugs! 100$ here we come.
... love that shit. its spring/summer 2011 style 'the jig is up' better not. I didn't enjoy fall 2011.

I've been thinking the last 5 hours had been "too hot" and it would drop hard. But it seems the bulls keep going. The 11,000 at 15.72 might be a "fake wall" like the 8,000 one a couple of hours ago.

I was thinking the same thing. In which case, this thing could go nuts at any moment.

from a person who goes " oh shit!" when either his wall is approached quickly or even when 10% of his wall is eaten immediately when he expected it to take all day and he then pulls the wall from existence"

Can someone explain to me the concept of a "fake wall"?
For example, a big buyer wants to initiate a large position, but in this market, his buy order would easily move the Bitcoin price to $16 or more. So he uses his coins to create a fake wall at $15.72, it's a rather safe price that won't be reached in a hurry, but it puts up a barrier so all the sellers who wanted to sell at $16, will now sell below $15.72, because they think no way this 11000 wall is going to be eaten any time soon. So this big buyer gets to buy coins below $15.72, instead of buying at $16+

20% rise for the month with 2 weeks left. Incredible.
On the way down from the all time high in July 2011, I paid $16.15/BTC for a block.
I will be buying another block when it breaks $16.15 again just for giggles.

So this big buyer gets to buy coins below $15.72, instead of buying at $16+ He can also do this off exchange. As MTGOX is the defacto "price", if someone can successfully manipulate it, he can make cheap deals off exchange without the need to risk upsetting the price on mtgox itself. I have a suspicion this is what was happening for the last month or so....

He got away this time, but soon enough someone is going to eat his lunch (that person might be me in a few months)
