From bitfinex, sentiment blahblahblah  Cheesy
aye the demand fro USD is huge

Would there be someone who made an ask order in June 2011, and forgot about it afterwards?

I think the order book was wiped after the MtGox hack.

Yeah, well, I'm gonna go build my own blockchain. With blackjack and hookers! In fact forget the blockchain.

How come so few asks at $31.91? I put a single BTC up there for fun and was surprised to see only 84 BTC for sale there...

You could ask the same thing about 31.91111 or about 31.90111... no one number is ranked any higher than another.

Seems like more and more everyone who wants to sell has sold to some degree at least.

Sweet baby jebus we're so close!

I figured everyone else would also want to sell a Bitcoin at the "all time high", even if it doesn't last for long.

anyone know how to get highlighted ghost lines to remain consecutively?

i.e. I'm trying to compare the asks from 25, 27, 29, and currently to see the differences. I can hover over each price point on the green line to see what it was then, but I would like that line to be "sticky" so I can select 2 more.

reasoning behind this: It appears the asks from here to 39 haven't changed much, while there has been a faux wall placed in front of the rally at every step up to this point. I'm wondering if the remaining asks are firm, and as such will be more difficult to break through.

It's a bit surreal. When the 2011 high happened, I was a Bitcoin newbie. It happened 2 months after I first found out about Bitcoin. Now I consider myself an expert on the subject, and it's both a hobby and a business for me.
