I'm just pissed off because i sold on BOTH bear traps....
In stocks trading, you sometimes see students telling newspapers how they win big, sell their holdings before lunch because they can't stand not knowing what is going on on the market when they eat, etc. When are these storys told? When there is and undelaying long time rise in the market. When the market background drift is downwards, these voices calms. This is consistent with the theory that the short time decisions are mere random. If you are in half the time, and out half the time in a rising market, you still profits on your trading, but only half as much as one holding all the time. In a falling market, you loose. That is my view on daytrading anyway. If you know, of course you can do better. But do you really know when the dumps arrive? They come suddenly, and last only minute. |
