YES! This! I said this earlier too. It was idiotic to let an hour and a half worth of lagged orders stack up. A simple message stating 'the exchange is currently experiencing a DDOS attack and will be shutdown until this issue is resolved' would have done wonders. |

Well, I hope all you sellers are spamming the buy button.
In the mean time I was trying to Arbitrage BTC China... its not really working. My 0.2 BTC are now tied up in 200 yuan somewhere being converted to Liberty Reserve in the next 2 days... anyone know the best way to get back into BTC with LR? I though LR was instant? Just not when the Chinese are doing it... |

Yes. There is no problem simply saying, "We will halt trading on our exchange until the DDoS is resolved." Instead Gox lets the people DDoSing and dumping cause a panic to their own benefit. Only a responsible, professional business would say such a thing. |

You must be prescient to trade on Gox. Your bids and asks should be placed weeks in advance!  Nonsense, I eyeballed the strong resistance points this morning and tickled the $110 with one of my bids from that time. Remains to be seen if that was ACTUALLY a good bid, but looking good so far (until the next gox crash). |
