It's clear that they know incriminating evidence or have had chats with such material in them. We're not like the sheep on HashTalk. You can't just waive an NDA in our face and we think that everything's ok. We're wolves, and we'll tear every last scammer involved in this to shreds if we have to.

And that may be the point.  Possibly, not saying this but it is possible, they are simply giving a potential prosecutor a "raised hand" in a public forum in case an investigation starts... An NDA can be nullified by a judge very easily and would produce zero blow back while still allowing for the release of information.

This thread is nothing but a bunch of basement Columbos thinking they can figure out this great mystery and who can be implemented in their "court of justice".

Go after GAW, the resellers and mods know nothing about what's going on.

I think you mean it is a bunch of people that attempted to do a public service rather than sell shit to peons, like you did.

I applied to be a reseller on day one of the hashlet launch, then saw the ridiculous returns and immediately said "no thanks" when Josh emailed me.

I don't think that what you did was illegal, but c'mon, so many red flags it was obvious as hell for the last seven months where this would end. No basement Columbos are needed, just people that aren't out to screw everyone else.

One must wonder if this was in fact a fishing expedition

Could be. Scott Fargo already indicated that Garza's response will likely be a separate article of its own, so he's going to have the option to spin it his way. Plus the 30-day question thing already told us the approximate direction where this is going. The floor question has been dealt with using a regulatory threat. End of story.

Still worth a shot the way I see it. Garza has been dismissing BCT/Reddit as a bunch of trolls for far too long and getting away with it too. It doesn't hurt to display a reasonable position and give him a chance to either redeem himself with an honest reflection or fall flat on his face with another set of lies and accusations. Either way is fine with me.

wow! suchmoon you truly are the man  Wink what a very impressive and articulate detailing of the extensive laundry list of concerns and all that's not right
about JOSH/PAYCOIN/GAW. I just read all you presented to that article.

Great job! hats off to you  Cheesy

Thank you, can't tell if that's sarcasm, but I'll take it  Grin

Just to make this clear - it's not really my list, most of it I leeched from many great posters in this thread and elsewhere.

This is somewhat incorrect. If they knew of it, they should have alerted the authorities immediately. Not doing so is aiding and abetting and they are liable for it.

Unless it's just immoral/unethical... If there's no evidence of illegal actions or potentially illegal actions then I personally would wait for a judge to hear what I know and tell me if the NDA is invalid or not.  With that said, I'd raise my hand as well and wait to see if there's an investigation...  NDAs can have sharp teeth, even generic legalzoom ones.  That's just me.

I can say I have no NDA with GAW and anything I find out through the course of my daily interaction with code and people I'm not going to keep to myself...

I'm saying when I was put in an identical position to you, I chose not do it because I could not support GAW in good conscious all the way back in July.

You could and did. Clearly bad on you. If you want to say it was unintentional, fine. Like I said, I don't think what you did is illegal or should be charged with all this. I also am not here to blame more of the mods, but hopefully you can blame yourself rather than coming in here with your self-righteous shit.

You fucked up. Just accept it.

I think you're blowing this mod thing out of proportion, I could see a lot of people wanting to be mods and signing an NDA if they were asked to simply thinking it applied to the information they see and the standard user doesn't.  Ban reasons comes to mind.

I agree that an NDA for a public forum is questionable but on the other hand I can understand people wanting to be mods and not thinking twice about signing it before the last couple of weeks.  Lots of them probably saw being a mod as an honor (for lack of a better word) at some point, it doesn't mean that they aren't entitled to change their mind or think constructively.

hashtalk is the centerpiece of Garza's whole scam operation which stretches beyond paycoin and includes Hashlets and other products before that. The censorship is used, along with the RA-RA cultists, the grandiose announcements, and manipulative fake accounts as necessary, to lure investors into the scam. That's why being a mod is so complicit in the scam. They are handling one of the critical parts of the scam, censorship. I'm sure not every mod knew, but I'm sure some knew what was up.

I don't see why they would have shared any incriminating evidence with MODs, it would make no sense to me.

I do agree with your statement that being a MOD means you have to censor but I think it was easier to do because of the turf wars, it's easy to ban a user who ends up saying "you're a piece of s***" after being taunted and called a troll by the consensus.

We're all humans, I'm sure they were thinking they would do good when they signed up and over time changed their mind and became uncomfortable.  Some people may have a binary mind but it takes time for most to go from "this is great" to "I can't continue to do this".

Don't get me wrong, I don't think that it's all roses and pink, I just think people are blowing this issue out of proportion and there's no need to resort to name calling.

 Cheesy

So this would mean that there isn't any coins in those 350% stalking addresses yet or that number would be a multiple of what we currently see.

Please see the edit in the post.  I didn't realize you asked about that.  The wallets have not been opened and/or unlocked for staking yet.

this is a 350% address it seems
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?PC3deLaFAK84pdxQek64KwLjQPCwpEQoka.htm

so far has minted three blocks

That does not seem to be a prime node (no "Prime" statement in the rich list).  I would say that's just a 5% staking wallet...

i did some math on the first mint lastnight/yesterday and it worked out to the .95% (daily)
also each raw transaction features this (or similar) info

 "scriptPubKey": {
            "asm": "OP_PRIMENODE350 304402200479acb2d2f91157a0aab05244dba38d131a0395169b09ef612105345c32290202203c2 388ca83aceb0fcfd505d0e72902e2e1cccc9d2dd800cae16fcd652e53a7d8",
            "hex": "c146304402200479acb2d2f91157a0aab05244dba38d131a0395169b09ef612105345c322902022 03c2388ca83aceb0fcfd505d0e72902e2e1cccc9d2dd800cae16fcd652e53a7d8",
            "type": "nonstandard"
         }

Looks like you just found the missing prime node key!!!!!!  I was assuming it was a 350% key...

Hyper-inflation is a go, I repeat, hyper-inflation is a go!!!

who did that
It is strange, been watching the buy orders on Cryptsy for a while. That 5000 xpy buy order seems to float around under the current bid protected by some slightly higher small 0.00002 bids.
Any bot or trading experts around can explain this?

Homero "bots" ...he is the "Market Maker" ...His wall is not BUYING ...it is pumping the price up...psychologically...to create a buying pressure from the "Public"...so Homero Can sell to them...OK... Huh

ZiG

That could very well be the case as they are so they say about ready to implement credit card purchases.

https://i.imgur.com/Dy9HaxL.jpg

Credit or debit cards is JUST "Another smoke & mirrors" BS ...just to distract the guys from HIS SELLING activities ...and to keep the clowns in his "Sphere of influence" ...and to continue be interested in BUYING his 12+ millions virtual goods with THEIR REAL $$$ ... Wink

NOTHING ELSE... Grin

ZiG

EDIT...: "The FOOLS are soon separated from THEIR MONEY" ...or something like that... Grin

I like your Quote better, with the ....or something like that. I have made a request to add it on BrainyQuote

Uhhh, take a step back.  Now.

I was involved with Eric back in zencloud times and resold those devices.  We then were brought on to GAW when that "merger" happened.  We sold hashlets up until the Primes left then the market LEFT.  I don't think we sold anything up until we quit.  The market killed ALL SALES!

So clearly you have NO idea what you are talking about and are throwing accusations around like you DO know.  So STFU because you sound like you are making accusations you cannot back up.
