That's exactly what Madoff did, even with his sons. Or so they say.

Either way completely calculated and intentional. Same way saying he is on his media tour in New York and it is going so well and lots more to do, then uploading a picture of Time Inc.

tbh who would put their kids in danger if you can avoid it? better to take all the blame

Don't you people get it? He is a crook. Nothing more nothing less. He spelt out his intentions in KNC's forums, his eureka moment. Rope them in with good service, give back a lot at first to rope in even more, then you got them. And then hit them where it hurts.

How many times does it all need to be explained.

Yes we get it Wink
when you do something thats against current moral mores its better to centralize sensitive knowledge just to minimize risk

in madoffs case also to shield your kids

Okay. Well in Homero's case then, he is a stupid crook.

If stupid people get as rich as him I want to be stupid Smiley
I consider my parents smart and they never could afford a house worth $900k, Garza had that at the age of 20.

who said anything about stupid?
intelligent/normal/stupid people with no moral mores can make such choices as well, or do you live in a black and white world?
ADD/ADHD doesnt make you stupid, which Josh has

also since you mentioned your parents, were they sad because they didnt have that house? were they sad you didnt grow up in such house? please, thats stupid. who the fuck valuates their lives according to their accumulated wealth

recon_eric take a look at a cyberlizard who still reads this forum and sticks with GAW and suppresses the echo chamber. seeing the signs of something fishy should be and are obvious to him (ofc he knows something is off) unless the payment is enough to cover the difference of being decent moral person.

Now it's you who's bending the truth I haven't changed my facebook in ages so stop spreading lies and btw you forgot my linkedin and twitter...again. Please continue your personal assaults since you're just lying yourself. I do not have insider information, never had just like all other Mods and former resellers who have confirmed that several times here on BCtalk

everything publicized is probably less than you knew when you signed up and he still spews this

either way you left, he is still there even with the piling of the evidence

Well, they can't make it much worse, can they?

Speaking of which, seems like the hypernuclear blockchain isn't working too well, perhaps those new staking Primes are messing it up or something. Diff spiked, coin stalled for about an hour, merchants upset (or they would would be if we had any):

https://hashtalk.org/topic/30515

More than a million XPY moved in that one block after the stall, including tons of 33k transfers to exchanges:

Actually now that I think about it - wouldn't those transfers be going FROM exchanges? Since only the change address belongs to the exchange, but not the bulk of the transfer. Not sure how reliable those address labels are on that block explorer.

You can always start telling lies and start stealing if you also want to be "rich".

I'd need a good plan first. Looking at it all now I doubt I could pull it out like he did.

Smart people don't buy houses that expensive Wink I could afford a Ferrari, nice house and nice everything too if I ever decided to be a scumbag, but money is nothing. It's ink on paper that some people early in the pyramid scheme print and pocket however they want.

It's ink on paper until you turn it into a fancy house, a ferrari and a private jet. At the age of 70 I'll probably regret not being a scumbag when I had a chance Cheesy

Maildir did.

They weren't but that's because they didn't know people who lived in such houses. What the eye does not see the heart does not grieve over.

Its funny how Eric is welcome here and called honest. LMFAO... I think people here are starting to drink the Kool-Aid too. Is this a fucking JOKE?

So Eric (Mr. Honest) didn't know this was a scam? ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS??

So Eric was plugging in 1000's of miners every night when this ponzi started taking off? Where did these miners go? Scrap yard?

In Texas? Right Eric..

So When Eric got caught posting as Josh, then deleted the post, he was being HONEST and didn't know about this scam? ( I have the chat from that night Eric, if you want to see it shoot me a PM). Also others have it, the guy that busted you is in our IRC.. Your excuse was you were not familiar with the chat or mod privileges...

So Eric didn't know anything about everything else that happened after Zen? Hashlets, Hashbase,
Paycoin, Paybase and everything else from your scam artist boss?

What a fucking JOKE, at least you made some friends here for your HONESTY huh? /s

Can a True Believer please explain why you would ever, ever want to invest in the Honor Program?

1) If it is successful in raising the XPY price, then you could always just hold XPY and sell in the market.  By locking your coins up in the Honor Program, you are guaranteeing that you can never sell for more than $20, and can only get the $20 over a long period of time possibly 16 years; versus have ALL of the upside above $20 and being able to sell when you want.  So if you believe in the plan, it is stupid to put your coins into the plan; just let the Honor Program do its job and raise prices then sell on your own when you want.

2) If it is not successful in raising the XPY price (relative to BTC), there is no way that GAW could afford to fund the program to its full term so again, you are throwing your money away.  Even at only 2 million coins, with XPY at $2 GAW would have to come up with $18 per XPY - $36 million - to fund this.  No way that is happening unless XPY goes way up.

3) How do you know that GAW won't put its own coins into the pool, so as to dilute the need to fund the full 100,000 per month?  E.g., if GAW put in 5,000,000 coins and customers put in 2,000,000, GAW would effectively only need to pay 2/5 of $100,000 each month.  Watch out for the T&C when they are published and see if it prohibits insiders (not just GAW, but also Paybase and any affiliate or shareholder or director or officer of GAW or any affiliates) from putting coins in.  If insiders are not prohibited from participating, why on earth would you put coins in?

From any perspective, even a True Believers, putting XPY in a lockup that could last 16 years seems foolish.  Don't get this at all.
