Oh brother. This guy just never quits with his scam. Everyone over on Hashtalk is all like "Oooooh, thanks you Josh!", "You are so great Josh", like a bunch of pre-teen girls at a Bieber concert. Unbelievable. This is obviously the setup for a delay in announcing the terms for & beginning the Buyback Program. Oh, my favorite part of Josh's post is "we will have a response to Coinfire shortly". But, but, I thought Coinfire was flat out lying, spreading FUD? I guess not. I wish someone would arrest this guy already, it's just getting beyond ridiculous now. lol careful the bieber lawyer might come after you in lawsuit holding josh's lawyers hand like a couple of high school sweethearts. Thanks for sharing this. Waiting on the response from GAW. They claim they were able to take the information we published and get "facts" from the SEC and further information. We will see what the response they post is. I was told by my source they contacted our "supposed source" from the tweets published while our Twitter was compromised. This is a very interesting facet as she wasn't our source and doesn't have the relevant information to the investigation. I'll be curious to see if she is named at any point as she was NOT our source. mmmm i am confussed about something, why are you still waiting for a response. Hell gaw contacted me asap without me even contacting them anymore. Granted this came after credit card company did a charge back on them for almost $5,000. I file the chargeback as i almost reached the 6 months my credit union gives for charge backs. I sent them all emails and call logs where i try to call and all calls under 2 minutes lol as noone ever answered. Once charge back is fully resolved and if bank oks it i will post email gaw sent me lol. |

Nice make a note to everyone else to charge back to GAW before they go bankrupt. I'm not sure if 6 months is the limit for all cc chargebacks, but you've brought something big to light. I would highly advise any of you that can chargeback hashlet purchases to do so as he just violated the terms of the purchase.
As a side note, once his merchant account reaches a chargeback threshold they will freeze ALL of his money coming through his merchant account until the chargebacks are 100% resolved and refunded. He will also be placed on merchant blacklists (terminated merchant file, or tmf) and unable to open new merchant accounts at ANY card issuer under his name.
if you have a legitimate case for a chargeback, do not hesitate to make use of it as it will also help others who are in the same boat as you.
