There does seem to be a certain confidence in the way they went forward... almost like they've already come to an agreement with the SEC and other agencies, so have no fear of investigation. But, given all the various ownership claims in that proposal... it seems josh lied to his attorney who must be very, very happy with josh right about now.

You're looking for sense where there is none. If you see you're absolutely fucked, you stop digging yourself into a bigger hole right? That's what the leaked email about shutting down HashTalk was about, to stop them incriminating themselves even further. Slightly out of order I think, but here's the general idea.

  • Josh is told in a leaked email to shutter HashTalk until everything blows over

  • Josh has a "RAID failure" which destroys HashTalk, tells everyone it's over  ("RIP HashTalk") and to move to talk.paycoin.com

  • Josh recovers HashTalk

  • Josh rebrands announces to MrCEO (presumably to try and claim he isn't in command anymore)

  • 27th March Josh changes his profile picture to "minerals" and makes vague references to something big upcoming.

  • Josh rebrands MrCeo to minerorigin and makes it an administrator

  • Josh ignores the minerorigin account after a single day of use, heads back to MrCEO

Somewhere in there HashTalk was announced to be closing in a week (again), but I can't where it fits in the timeline. Need some help with dates if anyone can add them.

I doubt he will close hashtalk because most won't move over to minerals.

All that matters is Homeros pockets and ego, nothing else, no one else matters. His kids are just used in his photos to help him scam. Gawtards line his pockets otherwise they're worthless.

The strange thing is that I have never met Josh and I feel like I've known him forever.

It's quite obvious that Josh's only skill is scamming. Wouldn't surprise if Debeloper Joe Mordica had a backdoor in the code to force Josh on his promises.

Joe is not stupid I guess

Make no mistake Joe is as big a criminal as Josh.

I thought you had to have a mineral.com trading account to be on mineraltalk (or talkmineral... what ever it is).

These was a new hashtalk closing flag raised this week on hashtalk... i think the title was "Is it time?" or
Has the time come?" or something to that effect, it was started by the MrCEO account.

So I have seemed to missed something, can you tell me what's the deal with the prime controllers? Who has them? because I heard someone took some of them and Josh is trying to sue over it.

Im pretty sure Josh is just a black belt Keyboard Warrior.

He is still trying to use school yard bullying tactics that was likely used on him all through schooling years(assuming he ever attended school).

lol, he's fucked. Best way is to ask people nicely or find solutions or work arounds, couldn't he just generate a new prime controller?

Would be funny if the government repo'd all his stuff.

Prison won't be that bad, I doubt he'd end up in a bubba cell, scammers get minimum security with small fences.

The "Josh suing" thing was from the posted pastebin of a hashtalk.org PM between paycoinfoundation (Jason?) and MrCEO (garza). Paycoinfoundation has control of the servers on behalf of Adam for the paycoin foundation. Garza says paycoin foundation didn't comply with a contact, so claims ownership. Adam (paycoin foundation) claims they are right-full owners.

Then there is the 5 controllers owned by Mordica via XPY Trust. Based on Google handout video @1h:03m... Mathew states LeaseRig owned 4 prime controllers as a result of an attempted deal that went bad. LeaseRig then donated them to Mordica's XPY Trust non-profit. (Wonder if they tried to move their data center to LeasedRig when they knew they were going to get shut down over the electric bill?)

Then there is Rashabh... based on dumped emails, he went into GAW for $2millionUSD+$500kXPY (when XPY was being valued at $20/ea). Matlack got about 5 primes for $750kUSD + 250kXPY (ref: garza email to attorney's response to SEC inquiry). If you use those numbers... then possible Rashabh feels he owns between 10-15 prime controllers. (Of course, Rashabh could have gotten ripped off and only owns 1 or 2, you never know)

25,000 buywall at 0.001, no idea who that is. That's pretty much all there is at the moment to break through.

Yesterday would have needed 50,000 sell off to get through so based on the same attrition then it looks like we'll get through .001 at some point tomorrow unless someone puts up more of a defensive wall.

I have no doubt that it will crash every buy wall. Reason is: The large holders obviously are in fights, don't trusting each other. Just a matter of time that somebody clicks on sell. And, more important: There is absolutely no reason why the price should rise and it won't stay at 0.001 - 0.0012.

But, why would anyone put up the equiv of $6kUSD to buy this coin at this point? With all this prime controller infighting... right now, they may be with technically able people... could you imagine if they went over to garza's current group?  I could see them irrevocably corrupting the controllers, then it will be SOL for every paycoin holder out there.

All the last time (weeks, months) the whole community acted very "price-supportive"... trying all to back it with new buys and "don't sell - calls" etc. At the same time there were many manipulations, simple pumps in combination with "SOOON-Posts" and so on. It never worked very well if you look at the chart but somehow it helped that it's still this overvalued. Without that supportive community the price would be were it should be.

The problem is: These times has ended the last days. A single person can try to back the price but it won't help. So, your question is a good one but I've learned not to ask too much about rationality in the XPY-Game. Didn't find it on any side.

This at the very start of the pastebin is utter bullshit. Attorneys don't deal in 'goodwill' they are all about the letter of the law and only the letter. Clearly Homero Joshua Garza, in beginning this conversation that way is still trying his 'I haz legul teem' bullshit to try and intimidate people.
