Probably paying off Cryptsy to keep listing the coin.

... and to follow the politically correct fork.

We thought it would be a good step towards decentralizing the prime nodes. We will be sharing the gains from it with our users

Ohh really? How about some proof to back up those claims. Post the address so the coins from it show that they are being burned.

They would need to figure out what an address is first.  That could take awhile or at least until the next pump cycle.

Hmm seems I misread the original statement as burned.

Still, post the address.

They are scraped to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xpy/address.dws?PS6cptpvJthS4qzZYxo7MqBbFN5Z2u2ZXp.htm

http://www.miningpool.co.uk/breaking-cryptsy-owns-hyper-staking-paycoin-prime-controller/

Still trying to get confirmation/comment from Cryptsy themselves. I've tweeted the article at Big Vern and sent a message to support (the only email I could find).

I had enough... I'm gonna dump the last of those shitty scamcoins as online wallet closes. Should anyone bother to install a desktop wallet for it? NO. Move your coins to an exchanges while you still can and let it die.
p.s. you can still hold some PayCONs if you feel passionate about all this Tongue

doubt they paid for it. My guess is Garza gifted one to them to keep them quiet. there was another paycoin listed prior to this one on cryptsy if I remember correctly - maybe there's the connection

Technically it was purchased for $1

It was not a bribe for us to upgrade to the new wallet. As with every currency we list we would like to see it succeed. We thought opening a prime controller and being transparent about the funds gained and where they are going would be beneficial for the community.

No coins will be moved from our scraping address until we have come up with the best plan to benefit the community. Whether that is simply burning the coins or distributing them to our users has yet to be decided. We have agreed to not sell any of the minted coins. Our motive was not to profit from the prime controller

good luck saying "we didnt know". if you know for a fact these people have no control anymore then i guess it could be above water operation  Roll Eyes
please remember not only Mr. Garza is going to get shit storm on them

ps: even if its bought with 1$ and everything is burned its something to give legitimacy to XPY hence giving more worth to other PC's

That's some Garza grade BS.

What part of your shitcoin exchange getting 1% of some shitcoins market cap for free benefits the community?

If you have a shred of integrity you'd burn 100% of the coins ASAP. But seeing as how profiting off of scams is pretty much your business, I doubt you'll really consider it.

You have to read what scumbag Garza did to the house he was renting. Trashed it and stole almost everything. 5 pages of theft and damages totalling ~ $30K

https://forum.gethashing.com/t/watchlist-gawminers-paybase-zencloud/67/10116

He even took the house blueprints and thermostats off the wall, geez

And used the address for a company called rf reality networks

That's another Josh + Stu outfit... remember they were doing that wireless thing and needed to find properties for antennas... someone somewhere posted that they were trying to get leases in exchange for free wifi service to the property owner (talk about a fucking rip off!)... my guess is that those leases went into the rf realty company who then 'charged' a pretty penny to the Gack Wireless company so that Josh and Stu could suck money out of the Gack Wireless company. It sounded like the land owners told them to go pound shit and that was a big part of why they couldn't get their contract done.

New Plottwist?

If this is true, then cryptsy is now part of the paycoin fraud - and dead to me. I won't touch cryptsy anymore, not even with a 10 foot pole.  Angry
Can someone confirm that cryptsy now holds a "prime controller" of the paycoin network?
