Yes, this email conversation took place. No, we did not end up doing any part of the idea. This was long before any of the drama took place, and even then I was not comfortable with the idea.
I have no interest in GAW and they have no interest in Cryptsy.
Reading over this forum really reaffirms my decision not to frequent here. There is so much misinformation and out of context information that this has really become more of a tabloid forum than one that actually helps users and the community.
Paul BigVern
Well, Mr. Vernon, unlike you freely dictating and controlling the development of the environment when constructing your databases and other IT related projects, this is the real world with real people who are asking and discussing real questions. Avoiding these valid concerns while attacking the platform you grace your presence with serves no fundamental purpose nor does it help your position in the matter. It may be easier for you to peddle your new mining venture that leases hardware with no chance of reaching ROI within the timeframes you overcharge for to unsuspecting customers, but that pure marketing with no substance logic will not work here. Unfortunately, sir, you are not qualified to dictate who or what "helps users and the community" based on your proven track record and continued actions. I strongly suggest you take a step back and work more on your business ethics than trying to waste more of the real community's time. Scott- Scott, I couldn't have put it any better myself. Vern, There are some of us who have ethical and moral objections to what has transpired. I've personally already spoke up about what you have done recently (the PC thing was discovered in the middle of an interview, also I will say I tried to stay objective). I guess its going to be printed sometime this week. Anyways, for those of us that actually do help users and the community, we expect you to do the right thing. And doing the right thing means performing those acts both in public and in private. PS Go Baltimore! (we FINALLY got the National Guard today, and a 10PM curfew.....I haven't had a curfew in 15+ years!!)

More trouble in paradise: https://hashtalk.org/topic/37216/i-am-not-leaving-paycoin-i-just-want-to-be-a-supporter/4Archive: https://archive.is/ozRGvHard to believe someone so stupid can actually be a doctor. He simply can not figure out that a merchant accepting a Crypto does not relate to what the price of said Crypto is, only that it remains at a relatively stable price on a daily basis so they can exchange it without loss. Or maybe his brilliant sell Gold & Silver for less than he paid business model required Paycoin to rise after he accepted it.

New GAW scams:
OMG.. they need to get an editor or at least re-read that shit before they go live! The scamception deepens daily. Someone better write a book or something once mr. muggles is behind bars. LOL. I can't believe there hasn't been drugs mentioned even once in all of this stuff... these people appear to be operating without chemical hindrances... makes you wonder how they get dressed in the morning or even find their way to a business office each day. This group is like OCD-level committed to their fantasy. There were people doing drugs on some of the early tinychats a couple months back. Plus some moderator talked about which drugs they recommend (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg9989128#msg9989128 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.msg9744446#msg9744446)

As at this point I think this thread is more comedic than productive which definitely has me glued though i doubt were gaining anything from it.
Some folks I think were looking for real answers.
I don't mind feeding the trolls however they get hungry too.
This thread has been comedy gold for quite a while in the same manner that Comedy Central shows The Daily Show and The Colbert Report display. They make you laugh your ass off while giving you news about a topic. This topic is everything Homero and has been providing laughs since November 14, 2014. You can think that this is just "trolling" but we don't give a shit. We're proud to be called trolls. +1000 2 of my fave shows anymore Don't forget John Oliver

Paul im pretty sure hes playing Garza-word games and "Destroy the PC and the coins" actually means destroying the staked coins only and not the coins that fill it. since those are not theirs to begin with
Well they must have had permission to take control of these coins for the PC right? If so then destroying them should be no issue. If not then whoever owns the coins should be filing some kind of legal action. Of course we alreay know who owns most of those coins.........

At this point I feel I have put my best effort forward on the Prime Controller issue, hopefully I answered some questions for you.
We will announce the decision in this thread when it is made.
I appreciate the candid conversation and look forward to the next one. Thanks for your time.
