They are showing the mark, but it means nothing since prior use by others within the public domain can be easily produced.

Is their use of the mark unlawful, likely not - even if it can be seen as unethical. With that said, it can be proved they falsified information on their trademark application so in theory the USPTO could restrict them from ever using it.

Can they attack others who choose to use the same name, which again has been in the public domain with prior enterprise use for over a year? ...NO™

Submitting an application (with false info) and being issued a legal TM are two different things. I covered this yesterday.

Definitely. NiceHash now pays more than twice as much as BTC mining. Get it while you can but watch for when it drops.

As you can see NiceHash is paying really well. Straight BTC mining is ~0.013 per TH/s per day, NH is paying more than triple now.

Same here     What a pile of shit it has been so far.   If this is any indication as to the future of Paycoin... 

Their pool hasn't found a block in awhile either, and it's at 2.2PH.

Exchanges/Price of XPY

Hello,

I want to explain this before it gets asked everywhere.

We are in communication with all the major exchanges. We will do a coordinated launch of XPY. Launching at the same time as Paybase will help us stabilize the price of XPY.

Just to be clear, we will use Paybase to purchase Paycoins. That is where we will manage the floor. Paybase will launch approximately one week from today.

Keep in mind, we may see smaller exchanges list XPY. I would not get too caught up in the values there, (high or low,) because once Paybase is launched, we will be able to stabilize the price.

If you only read one thing, read this:

Expect the value of XPY to fluctuate for a little while.

Once GAW enters the market, we will stabilize it.
