Why isn't Freebitco.in in the list? Isn't the place reliable?

Last time I looked they had a relatively high house edge (but acceptable on faucet site IMO) and a provably fair mechanism that could be improved: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=877078.msg16023076#msg16023076

Overall I think freebitco.in is fun for free moneys and maybe trying to gamble that free moneys. But for real gamblers I would suggest other sites :x

I believe the same owner of freebitco.in owns KingDice now, so that is an option (or a site that I have listed Tongue.) I actually followed KingDice for a while and kinda like the founder, but then he sold it hehe :p Obviously wetsuit has a long good (afaik) track record with freebitco.in, so nothing against him either Smiley If KingDice would be become more popular, I would certainly consider it to be added.

I'm thinking about "investing" in Freebitco.in (getting the interest they pay), but I was worried when I didn't see it at your website.

You should be worried about any investment gambling site... Well maybe outside of betking they are the only ones i trust.

Why do you trust Betking in particular? There isn't even an investment option there, what's the point of leaving money there instead of in your own wallet?

Betking do not have an investment option to earn interest on your deposits but they recently launched betking ico and their token are traded on the open market. So if you want to invest money on their site then you need to consider buying those tokens from open market keet it for long.

https://hitbtc.com/BKB-to-BTC  - In terms of BTC profits so far all investors lost their money from the ico launch.

Based on this link investors lost almost 60% of their BTC - https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@btcmillionaire/bitcoin-casino-investments-15-week-14-of-52

How many of those tokens exist?

Betking EV is super low, 11.05 BTC in 4.75 years.

Edit: I see there are 100 million tokens: https://betking.io/ico/

So at 0.000006 BTC each the market cap is about 600 BTC. Assuming EV is just another 11.05 BTC in 4.75 (probably less if nothing changes, as BTC are more expensive now and people need less BTC to be the same amount of USD), the expected returns are extremely slow. So I bet those tokens will still drop a lot unless way more money starts being wagered regularly.

I think after they converted all those collected BTC to fiat bitcoin prices went up a lot so their token prices went down in terms of BTC.

That's why I prefer to invest my btc or any other altcoins in bankrolls instead of ico projects. In bankroll investments, your profits grow in the same coin, not in fiat.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Ah, I am not familiar with that. I see they have a fixed return of 4.08% a year (realistically 5% with referral commission.) Overall I am not a huge fan of "guaranteed returns".. but it does seem like they have some payments from mining and their gambling games have relatively high house edges (so relatively nice profit.)

Overall I would never recommend investing bitcoin into anything, including this freebitco.in feature but also any dice site that I list. Simply because there are real risks. Just to emphasize: even any site that I have listed can scam you Tongue Only if you understand the risks and can afford any possible loss, then you can consider to do it Smiley

I always thought that publicly bankrolled casinos are more attractive since they offer
flexibility to a player-he can bet against the house or be the house itself
plus it adds extra transparency, since the bankroll is public and you can see how the casino is doing in terms of both profit and popularity (wagered)

Casinos like Just Dice, Crypto Games, Safe Dice, etc. are great because you can easily estimate your expected returns. The only thing hard to measure is the likelihood that the owner runs away with the money (a good filter is investing in the older ones, like Just Dice, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2635712).

If you ever hear about high risk high gain them you will never complain about this thing. Who can even predict how is the outcome for ICO/IPO? There is no one could manage that, only some of them that have some vision and some luck that can get some profit through this thing. So if you are not ready for losing money then do not invest on any ICO/IPO

I said in average. Of course you could potentially make a lot of money if you choose it well or are lucky, just like you can make a lot gambling in a casino. But in average IPOs have given lower returns than index funds.

I think here people are not complaining but they are comparing investments and making some making some judgement for future investments. With this data, we come to know that investing on any kind of gambling casino ICO which converts your coins to fiat after collection of funds may not be a good option unless they keep funds in invested coins. Profit and losses also calculated based on the invested coins.

Hi friend,

Could you please listing our XWC dice(www.xwcdice.com) on your site?

Our XwcDice.com is a blockchain virtual currency game platform developed by whitecoin enthusiasts joint team. The bet result is generated by SHA ( Secure Hash Algorithm ), which can be verified in reverse .

Waiting for your response!

Thanks!
Kevin
marketing@whitecoin.info

I like to introduce my website https://dicesites.com

On DiceSites.com there is:
- an overview of dice sites
- statistics of these websites (updated automatically every 15 mins)
- graphs to compare the websites
- provably fair verifiers for most popular dice sites
- more features later Smiley

Basically it should give you a way to compare dice sites without reading subjective reviews. And just checking out the activity of several dice sites.

Any feature requests or feedback is welcome. I personally still have a lot of ideas/plans too.

It looks like SafeDice was delisted. Any particular reason why?
Correct.

The problem with SafeDice is that support (on issues that only admin can handle) can be too slow. There are just too many times a post where someone is waiting for a reply for weeks for a missing deposit etc. I have been following that for a while and afaik the problem is always resolved. So IMO the admin is trustworthy and I personally still have my investments there. But owner really needs to improve support. If you are a gambler and having a problem, it is obviously a terrible experience if you have to wait many days/weeks for a reply. So that's why I temporarily removed SafeDice and I hope to see some kind of long-term improvement.

Note I do still follow stats at https://dicesites.com/safedice and https://dicesites.com/safedice/xmr

Hi friend,

Could you please listing our XWC dice(www.xwcdice.com) on your site?
Hi,

DiceSites is meant to be an overview of the most popular dice sites that have been around for a decent time. I believe "XWC dice" is still relatively new (compared to the ones I list.) Therefor I cannot add it yet. But if it becomes more popular in the future, I could list it. Good luck with the site Smiley

~snip~
Betking do not have an investment option to earn interest on your deposits but they recently launched betking ico and their token are traded on the open market.
~snip~
Based on this link investors lost almost 60% of their BTC - https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@btcmillionaire/bitcoin-casino-investments-15-week-14-of-52
Interesting to see that both sites that held an ICO/created a token are down massively, compared to those sites that accept direct bankroll investments.

In average IPO's are horrible investments, much worse than investing in index funds. I bet in the case of ICO is even worse.

Indeed, they are trying to compare on investment but I do not think that some ICO/ IPO could be one of a better investment because this is like gambling,  you put your money without having a guarantee that you will be profit on it, mean while on investment on other thing like dice sites will have better outcome here

As per NLNico latest post which is exactly before your post, as per my understanding the listing is not only about how old your site has been running but most likely about popularity. I think your dice site is still not popular after 5 months, I cant see good number of active players who wagered nice amount so far. So you need to work more to gain popularity then your site might be listed at dicesites.

Here's the answer (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=877078.msg27978804#msg27978804). i think it's a good move by nlnico to remove SD(until they improve their support/resolve user's problem quickly they should be off dicesites), support is really important!
