The previous post about the down was on November 2021 so its been more than 2 years ago and NLNico is no longer active since October 2020. By this fact we can guess that his site started to off more than 3 years ago.

It's pretty obvious though that the website is abandoned because the long dead bitdice was still listed. Their domain is also set to expire in a couple of months:
