So just because someone got banned and it seems unjustified for you then you change the rules and still pay that guy?   if you dont trust the admin judgement then you can free to create your own forum

I got banned for the following reason Insubstantial posts+sig ad.

I had spoke to admin to find exactly why I was banned when I had not spammed but found the reason partly due to some of my posts  summing up other peoples post that admin claimed I  had done.

I spoke to admin about this pleading my case and had no intention of my post to be summing up other peoples posts and was reduced to 3 days. I contacted marco regarding my ban had a chat of what went on also posted in meta and had marco and  others to look into my post and was allowed to continue with campaign. Marco has not changed the rules. Clearly states SPAM and my posts are not spam, nor are they none constructive posts.

If you are banned for instubstantial + paid sig then that is what is suppose to get you denied payment. You generally will not get banned for spam unless you are sending unsolicited PMs advertising something or are posting referral links.

If the ban was reduced to three days then it was not lifted but was just reduced.

Well its been sorted iver way as ban was due up yesterday or so but been in talks with admins. None the less it was a stupid reason for them saying I got banned etc stated to admin of what or why i had been banned but explaind it in more detail but was due a number of things. And I do not think everything was expalind to me as I was posting maybe 30+ posts a day and still seeing a lot of other people getting backed and this would in intend banning for amount of posts made in one day with a signature tag. All i know is checked in on account and ban gone but think was sooner than 3 days but to be honest was stupid reason for them banning me.

Marco already stated I would not get banned due to the reasons and proof submitted to him. It was marco's decision at end of the day to pay or not to pay and be banned and removed or to be temp banned.

But again this is Marcos decision I only spoke with marc in brief about want had gone on the day that it happened. And in terms of other peoples bans well that is down to Marco only he can decide on weather or not it is deem ban and no pay or ban and removed or ban but pay or ban no pay. I will not need to pay anything back due to the fact this was again Marcos decision. Am not looking for special treatment or anything like that I just stated my facts to both admin on here an also campaign manager got it reviewed and nothing more.
