You will be exempt from the card issuance fee however fees will still apply. Just around 0.29 BTC a year for base fees (for the revolutionary BIT-X Debit MasterCard!)

Easily does and wins. That service is also with 'My Crest', the company Xapo uses which as you must have heard before has had several issues with cards not being as advertised, not arriving and not functioning properly. Likewise, I believe this service charges fees on card topups (you must topup the card, remember it isn't an exchange service that utilises multi signature to allow you to use it as a wallet service for your card with absolutely no worries).

I think you misunderstood his question.. it looks like he haven't received his PM confirmation so he's asking if there's something else he have to do on bit-x.com to get it confirmed.

if you've already did the steps on the OP just wait until you get a PM on this forum. all you need to do in Bit-x is sign up and copy your bit-x address to your "other contact info", which you already did.

They do work in the USA! However they cannot be shipped to US residents at this point in time due to central back and AML regulations.

As soon as regulations/laws allow for such a thing to happen it will!
