My counter reseted, which should mean that I should have gotten paid. I didn't even receive a PM from AutoSigBot so I was sensing that something was wrong. Now I try to log-in to bit-x and it doesn't even send a confirmation to my phone after 10 minutes. What's happening?

Edit: Problem is resolved, I had to wait until I could press the Call Me option. Then the payment was sent their already. Thanks for another week of payment but unfortunately, I would like to be remove this campaign. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I didn't received the payment, and I can't access to the site because I can't receive the confirmation code. Can you help me marco?

It is incredibly annoying that you have to receive an SMS everytime you log in. Can you guys get rid of this? It's reasonable for registering, but for login in? not a single exchange forces you to do that.

Also, this needs a list of payments like in Bitmixer.io automated page, to keep track of your payments/posts.

This is my first week in Bit-x, and I got paid less BTC than I counted. I counted 44 posts, and I got less BTC than expected (yes, I deducted the 0.5% commission). From what I remember, not a single post was posted in the wrong section.

You can enable google authenticator if you'd rather use an application to generate your login codes.

I'll look into your doubts.

Will you enable a list of payments history like Bitmixer.io? i really miss that, I can't properly keep track like this, if it resets to 0 every week...

I calculated I posted 44 times, which would mean 0.040596 after 0.5% commission withdrawal, but I got 0.03343283 after 0.5%, which means 0.00716317 BTC didn't got paid. Can you look into this?

Also, I don't even know what Google Authentication is, I use my same old phone which only has calls and SMS (no apps or anything). It doesn't even have a camera. I just would like to avoid this and log in with my email so I don't have to pick up the phone everytime.

If you're getting paid 0.0008 per post (as a normal Full Member does) then the payment without the 0.5% comm would be equal to 0.035024 and not 0.040596. How did you come up with that number?

I'll see if I can enable it. Until then, just take a look at your deposit history in your account.

Google authentication is available for most smartphones. The reason Bit-X requires all users to have some sort of 2 fact authentication is for the bettered security Smiley.

Signatures mainly, Bit-X's debit cards will be part of the subject now.

Everyone is still entitled to a free debit card, just PM me!

A pay rate increase and campaign structure change may happen too.

Hi, i signed to this campaing using a public "recieve SMS" number because my phone is broken and I cant afford one (and even if I could, I dont see why would I need to give my personal phone number)

Anyway, I registered and though that was it but im under the same boat: i have to confirm every time.

Last time it went OK, i recieved the code, but now im not receiving the code and I cant log in to my account... what can I do?

Please, make 2 factor authentication optional like the rest of the exchanges, and let us register/signup with an email.

You can't afford a phone? You could buy one with your earnings from this campaign. 2-factor is vital for protecting your funds and account so should akways be used when available. Without it it leads to massive amounts of users losing their funds which is much less likely to happen if you had 2-f installed.

It makes literally 0 sense to force 2FA upon people. Big annoying warning that says "2FA is very recommended" it's ok, but not forcing it, there is a reason no exchange does that. I use public numbers to bypass SMS verifications all the time myself because there's no reason you would need to give personal data at that level to do that. Again, there's a reason you don't need phone verification in any exchange to log in and do basic alt to alt trading. Of course, when fiat is involved, it's normal to start wanting more credentials, but forcing people with phone verification alienates people to use your service.

If you live in a third world country, or lets say you don't have a smartphone (a LOT of people still don't), you can't use Google Auth which leads to being forced to check your phone every single time you log in. This is a big no-no.

Reconsider how you run this.

How does it 'literally make no sense'? It literally does make sense because people lose their coins all the time and as soon as they do they bog down support with complaints asking where their coins have gone. And who are these people in the third world that don't have a phone but yet have the internet, computer and are actively involved in the crypto community?

I don't run the service but I will pass your recommendations onto the team. The main issue you're stating here is that you're too lazy to check your phone every time you'd like to log in. Requiring users to have 2 factor authentication prevents the huge number of issues that other exchanges encounter daily, including hacks where users are at fault. Likewise, this isn't a basic altcoin to altcoin exchange platform.

Even if you use Google authenticator you must check your phone every time you log in so I'm not sure why you're using the fact that receiving a text message is too time consuming (you must check your phone each time) as a point.

I have had trouble with 2FA and never intends to use it.
There are certain benefits an ancient phone has over a completely vulnerable smartphone. I clearly get the point he is making.

2FA is all hassles*, but it might make it a little more secure. I got locked out because of that a few times. (not with Bit-x)
