I made an order to sell 0.50BTC via SEPA on 2017-05-22 and was sent an e-mail confirming payment was sent.

It is now 2017-05-26 and i have not received payment. Could you look into this for me?. My bank have confirmed it is not a problem on their side.

I have used Bitpanda  many times before without delay but this is a new account i am depositing into and i am unsure if this is the case.

I did raise a support ticket this morning at 10:20AM GMT but as i had noticed this forum i hoped i would get a quicker reply here.

Finally found way to buy amazon.de gift cards. This is much better way to make purchases than using those bitcoin debit cards which has been declined when trying to make purchases. Also exchange rate is much better

Hello, yesterday I opened an account on bitpanda and made the full verification via webcam.

After that I deposited some money to buy BTC.

Now I wanted to send the BTC to a wallet on bittrex but I always get the following error message:

"Your wallet transaction couldn't be confirmed. The reason for this could be a negative balance."

I have a balance on both wallets. The error message is really making me feel uncomfortable, "could be"... But if its not, what is it then? Perhaps also a case for the UX designers at bitpanda. A lot of unanswered questions arise while navigating through the website. I also made a support ticket in german and english but both are unanswered. Very frustrating experience so far.

Can anybody help out?
