Hello,

I sent some ethereum from my desktop wallet to my Bitpanda ETH deposit address, and according to etherscan the funds arrived (and are still there), but they didn't appear in my Bitpanda ethereum wallet.
I submitted a support ticket (131654) about it, but it is the 4th day and there is no reply, so i'm beginning to get a bit worried. I really hope it will get sorted out soon.

Hello, I'm really trying for 3 days to buy coins with money from Skrill, but nothing works on you site. You also don't answer on emails. I'm waiting more than 48 hours. I'm trying to verify my account with my ID card with verify-U, but this is mission impossible. Nobody is answering. Estimated waiting times is 3-10 minutes, but I'm waiting for a lot more and no one is answer. I book an apointment for 2 days in a row and then surprise - Abort due to security reasons. I'm not sure if I would succeed buying something. The service is awful.

Wir haben per Sofort Überweisung bezahlt, aber leider wurde es blockiert.
Mein Mann hat Vollmacht über mein Konto, aber anscheinend zaehlt das nicht.
Anstatt man die Zahlung blockiert wird das Geld abgezogen.
Und man bekommt überhaupt keine Antwort ausserhalb der Tickets.

Leider ist der Customer Service sehr unzureichend und langwierig. Bei grosseren Geldmengen hat man kein gutes Gefühl dabei.
Wir haben schon das Foto unserer Bankkarten geschickt.

I need help. I see my 3 deposit with status processing... but 0 confirmation from 4h. My wallet show 20 confirmation. Last time my money transferred almost instantly. Why stuck/frozen now ? Why there no information of any problem before transfer ??  My ticket (135875).

BitPanda -  what is the issue with your BCH wallet? People stuck and cannot send BCH from BitPanda to other wallets, it gives an error that wallet under maintenance. Please update us ASAP.  Thank you!

Its good to put a warning when buying a coin, so people dont buy coins and then get stuck on withdrawal....

We have to fix an issue with the new address standard of BCH, unfortunately the bug wasn't discovered in earlier testing, and the time of this address format change wasn't decided by us. https://www.bitcoinabc.org/cashaddr

ich habe gestern Abend eine Banküberweisung auf mein Euro Wallet vorgenommen, aber leider vergessen die entsprechende Zahlungsreferenz anzugeben.

Diese habe ich euch direkt per Ticket nachgereicht, kann aber leider noch keinen Geldeingang auf meiner EuroWallet verbuchen.

Please understand that we are currently seeing an incredible amount of traffic on our website, the support demand also goes up in the same amount. So currently the waiting time is a bit more than 3 days. We are doing our best to get faster answers.

I do understand. However, please understand that keeping people waiting for more than 3 days for a support answer (which is not yet a not problem solution) puts you in a very bad place when it comes to customer reputation. And do note, your prices are not the cheapest around (which would then make it quite understandable for people to wait that long to receive service). At least a proper announcement in your official channels would be nice.
