I dont know,it happened on 2 bets i saw only, now it doesnt happen.Yes he didnt cashout.

Also made 500 bits from 9

How to change seed?
I believe if anything this would of been a client side glitch. But if you see it again, please take note of the game ID. Thankyou.

You can change your client side seed (which also changes the server side seed) by clicking on your name and then going to "Change Client Seed"

hi

Playing as benk72 and decided to try my luck at a impossible game G:140939  however won and now can not continue.

It is saying that I am can not take more than the max profit, should the system not just limit the payout to the max profit instead.  As mu user is now locked up, I know the payout said "infinity' when I started the game, I did not expect any more than a max payout and anyway it says my payout is + 0.00002375.

got help for this issue, refreshed the browser and was able to keep playing, not sure if I got paid for the above game.

Ben
Thanks Ben. This is a known client-side display problem we will have fixed in the next patch. You simply have to adjust your mine-amount and then adjust it back to what you like to have it update properly. The game was paid out properly and no bitcoins were lost. I hope it didn't cause too much inconvenience.

Thanks CryptoFuture, this is a fantastic game.

How long does a manual withdrawal take?
Most withdrawals are instant although some are manual at the moment as we are still only days old and are making sure there are no bugs. Please allow 24 hours. This will speed up in the future to reach instant for all withdrawals. Sorry for any trouble

It would be good if there's a deposit and withdrawal history.

Withdrawals over 0.5 have to be done manually at the moment. We state 24 hours but generally manually is also very quick. unfortunately I have no admin access ATM to process it. I hope this doesn't inconvenience you too much. When I'm back in the office in 12 hours I will process it. In the next few days we will enable it so all withdrawals will be processed instantly as long as there is enough in the hot wallet (around 20BTC)

I'm still waiting for a withdrawal submitted about 18 hours ago, can you tell me how long I still have to wait? I'm in need of the coins.

I'm online now and will process it as soon as the server is back up. We are experiencing another very large attack.

Sorry for the trouble everyone.
