We are not willing to have the site's Bitcoins held in escrow by another anonymous forum member.
If you are unsure and do not trust the site please do not deposit. We hope that we can build up trust over time.

I thought you would say that.

I can understand. No one trusts anyone around here..

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Things to edit / add

1) server seed should not change when you open up the seed panel , it should stay as how it was set before
2) still facing mine error, mining profit suddenly shows +- and have to refresh page multiple times ( using firefox browser )
3) should be able to block spectators , not many like others clicking on the tile for suggestions.

Thank you,
beta1

Hey. Thanks for testing!

1) When you click the "Change seed" button in the profile menu. It generates a new server_seed. You then can supply a new client_seed. It is done this way intentionally.
2) Thanks. I shall look into this. I haven't been able to product it myself. It's a client display bug.
3) This is on the to-do list and will be added.

Website looks fantastic, but haven't had time to test it just yet.

As for the funds: if we don't trust CryptoFuture, he doesn't have any reason to trust us with his funds. I respect his attitude, although it would be much safer to have the funds in someone more trustworthy in this community.

Either way, all the good advices have been given, and they apply to all gambling websites, trustworthy or not.

I'll put this on the to-do list to make it a little more user-friendly. For now, if you didn't take note of the server hash when you set your client seed, you can see it by clicking on any previous game if you wish.

i know but there's already a random seed generator button in the seed menu, so it shouldn't randomize before entering the menu

That's for the client seed. The server first generates a sever seed and then sends the hashed version to the client, in which the clientside JS generates a random seed which is what you see in that box.

Users must change their client seed upon every server seed change to prevent any risk of the server cheating.

I guess what you're suggesting is that the box first appears with your old (current) server seed, and then have the button to generate a new key pair. I'll look into something like that

Please invest with caution. I say this for every investment site, and I'm always right. If history serves us correctly, everyone who invests in this will lose their money. Trusting someone with no reputation or identity with 100's of thousands of dollars is INSANE. I'm sick of seeing people lose large amounts of money to scams related to investment gambling sites.

With all respect to the community, I agree that we should be wary of this site. But I guess it'll be much better if this post is posted by someone neutral? Sad (I love PD by the way, I'm just trying to be objective)

This website is not in competition with Primedice really at all. It's a completely different game that attracts a different crowd.

I'm just pointing out the obvious since no one else seems to have the balls to do so.

Thanks for the concerns, but I humbly request that you don't blatantly call us a scam. We have provided a signed address, proved that we have been in the community for at least a year, and have a live website that is running great.

I know Bitcoin is full of scams, and users have the right to suspect and not participate in services. You also have the right to warn them about that.

I believe we have been completely honest up until now. We can't go from launch to full reputation in one day and we know that. Please give us time and a fair chance to establish ourselves in this community.

I haven't blatantly called you a scam. I've pointed out facts and offered you a way to get around the trust issues.

If you don't want issues, simply fund the bank roll with your private investments you currently have. You don't need more funding. Coming from someone who has been in this Bitcoin gambling scene a while, increasing your max bet from 5 BTC to 20 BTC is going to make pretty much no difference in terms of profits. Increasing investments however will dilute your profits.

By allowing investments you are only lowering your profits. That's if your end game plan is to not run off with funds or play against investors undetectably. Considering you are completely anonymous and have no reputation to lose, running off with the funds seems like a logical route considering the profit incentives.

Good luck with your website though, I'm out.

On the front page you have posted huge red writing (now made just bold, appreciated) saying "If history serves us correctly, everyone who invests in this will lose their money." and that you are "always right".

I respect the warning to users to invest and gamble smartly, but I think it's a little over the top and unprofessional considering there is no actual reason to not trust us. But that's just my opinion.

No one 'has' to invest. They can simply gamble and treat it as a site with no investment options, I believe that should be up to them. We are not going to send 490+ BTC to a user we don't personally know on the bitcointalk forum. The investors that are currently in trust me and the site. Others can make their own decision and within time we hope we can grow to have more users doing the same.
