I promised fair distribution, therefore I'm resetting the blockchain one final time. I have coded an algorithm that rejects Proof-of-Work from super-computers like the IBM Power 8. This will keep the difficulty within the range of 0.0002441 and 0.0036834 (high water) for the average miner.

This will enable fair-distrbution based on random blind luck.

I imagine it will take about an hour to compile everything and start a new blockchain. Meanwhile I using 0(1) broadcasting to inform you to please "Halt Mining". :-)

You admitted to be the owner of an IBM Power 8. Us, the community won't tolerate selfish mining. We all want coins, fairly.

i didnt use it, it is too much expensive, i used it before on gapcoin and woodcoin and it gave me a 100+ PCs power, but i never used it on this coin. and if i wanted to use it it is up to me

  this is a big miner with too many PCs, can you control him dev   those PCs = IBM power 8

I'll quote what I've said in the official forums:

"It will be just a few minutes. If the consensus decided difficulty is too high I will need to adjust the high water, if it is too low you will need to use a computer with less CPU power or your blocks will be rejected."
