just downloaded the newer version.. was stuck at 2 hrs behind, figured maybe by mining i forked on the old chain.. has 6-8 connections.
deleted appdata folder except wallet to start fresh.. added this node above. no connections -_-

seednode has banned a lot of connections, restarting now.

3-4 peers and still not syncing. even put the seed addnode in conf instead of into console. its not coming up on peerlist tho.

make sure you are running version 2.1.6

yes, if you look in your debug, you'll find that they are running old versions of the client. i have uploaded a new version that blocks them out and has new checkpoints. i'll give a full change log.

make sure you are running version 2.1.6 of the client if you wish to be in the right chain, it has 798 blocks at the moment, there is a rival chain, with 796 and the old client which have not been updated are on block 802, that chain will die soon because of the difficulty retargeting issues.

first delete everything except your .conf  and wallet.dat, then re-sync with the right chain.

Sorry at the time i wrote the current wallet was 1.1.2.1 and was not syncing.
I just got from github windows version says 1.1.2.6  not 2.1.6

donno whats the issue man, ive got 1.2.0.6 according to the debug.. its stuck on 5 blocks history with buncha connections. ive tried deleting everything a few times and adding the 198.52.200.9 as connect=

you must have connected to a rouge chain, to fix that

1 download latest version
2 launch the wallet with no block data  again,

3 give it a minute to sync

for now there is none, just use the wallet. i should have more on this once we get past the fork.
