i might give u a hint how to solve that pay steam some BTC with ur altcoin usecase
noblepay for example aim to provide a service that allow pay with altcoins towards someone who just accept bitcoins
who know maybe they will support FBI with their API in the future...
and local wallet connected to FBI plugin and noblepay who runs a FBI plugin
make this happen easier than today direct from local wallet towards the service provider
(today u would have to load first ur noblepay webwallet with a altcoin before u can utilize that altcoin for something)

Helping us to spread the word ... here is a descriptive flyer to spread the word: original downloadlink for the document is:http://www.europecoin.eu.org/europcoin-info-resources-2/press-info?download=36:federated-blockchains next: today we will have a conversation with two magazines that are willing to publish an article. So we are now using one week to spreads the word and to give anybody a chance to understand our draft. We don't lag to have developers, but its a big task and we like to give other developers and coin developers a chance, to jump on board. Like i already layed out two weeks ago, after this week, we are organizing an online conference, gathering to talk about a roadmap. I am expecting another exiting trip to the next level of our efforts.
and of course we will not forget about our ongoing tasks: Mac wallet 2.025 and upgrade 2.0.25 are currently given to our partners to compile.
thank you and have fun Matthias

@dev i think energycoin is the best place to get the code from regarding the splittreshhold they wrote it in a way that it even store the selected value in wallet.dat its non hardfork code so can be added any time 00:00:13 setstakesplitthreshold 5000
00:00:13  { "value setting to " : 5000, "Success! " : "This threshold value is saved to wallet.dat" }

Hi Matthias, I've downloaded and read the federatedblockchains draft. I think it's a good move to get a broader awareness and better and solid services base of crypto currencies in common and europecoin specific. The understanding and knowlegde of cryptocurrencies is still mostly in the hands of the ICT people. But to join efforts, knowledge and experience with others to create the 'federated block chains' seem to be a very good idea. To get the majortiy aware of the posibilities of cryptocurrencies and get an easly acceptance, the technical side must be easy to use and running smoothly. I don't know if you ever looked at the Guldencoin, but their (android and iphone) Wallet implementation is impressive and easy to understand for first time crypto users. (see https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gulden.wallet&hl=nl) A small report back on the current Windows wallet: The current windows wallet is still working excelent. Staking is also working perfect for a few days now. Keep up the good work! Jerry

New thread is made for Federated Blockchains Initiative PRESS TO VISIT
though its an Europecoin project, i think, if the discussion around F.B.I. may get more intensive, two threads are better, to unclutter the topics. Also discussing all Europecoin project branches in one thread, could be confusing for new users.
I have added some additional informations about the "getting started roadmap", memberships and some words about funding to the new thread
have fun Matthias

twelve hours? I see this from time to time on Bittrex, But usually its moving now, despite from random stops lasting ~1/2 hours, wich is normal at this stage, W e will have to grow, now. But i have no doubt we will. Yes, Network is slow, but not in an unusual or unhealthy way, we need just some more stakers, traders, merchants, And we will get them ...
If you know some merchants, a chinese exchange some moderate swingtraders, you may raise the case for us. We are saying thank you by paying rewards and you are strengthening your investment. Every effort, you put into Europecoin, comes back through faster progress and higher value.
have fun Matthias

just an idea to think about
if u add a 0.1 ERC bonus on top of normal POS rewards we would get i guess more people with active wallets
and its just below 150 ERC more daily inflation

Best Regards Christian i see there no problem at all all new rules how rewards calculated stay as they are just add 0.1 ERC to the reward if u find a block should be very easy to code and rewards people be online and mint block and have smaler coinpiles to find as many blocks as possible for the bonus 0.1 each block just make sure u add adjustable splittreshhold in same wallet release so everyone can easy modify towards most rewarding blocksize

Has anyone else had trouble sending/receiving ERC from Bittrex?
A few days ago, I tried sending a small amount to Bittrex and shortly afterwards they changed ERC into maintenance. After they went back to normal, my deposit never showed up, and my wallet still shows the transaction with 2,743 confirmations.
Today I tried sending a small amount again. I now have 62 confirmations showing on my wallet for the transaction, but Bittrex doesn't show any pending deposits, and a zero ERC balance.
Is there are site where we can check what the current block is? It appears I'm on a different chain, and I have 6 connections. Current number of blocks: 931588.
getblockbynumber 931588
I just noticed something else that's very strange. Every block since 888088 has a proofhash of all zeros. Every block I look at before block 888088 has a valid proofhash...
getblockbynumber 888087 "proofhash" : "0000051411e70ef15cfcda8f1c7f13a8354a18be49f82cfc4d62156d0a0684db", getblockbynumber 888088 "proofhash" : "0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000", "proofhash" : "000037efb17bbb6a53a1410943f24362de82f6ea2a24762b4380c21fe83a0183", getblockbynumber 888089 "proofhash" : "0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000",[/quote] "proofhash" : "000029a1a6f97648afa88f2231ccd653de9a0f9d940a8b87cc66b2cece5d89b8", getblockbynumber 931588 "proofhash" : "0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000",its my example...

Has anyone else had trouble sending/receiving ERC from Bittrex?
I did 3 transactions approx 14 hours ago. 1 succeeded with 335 confirmations. The other 2 are still 'missing'. I expect confirmation within 48 hours. Because the lack of trades at bittrex and a small amount of 24/7 nodes of the network. Jerry

Finely got my Windows wallet synced after trying for 2 weeks. Ended up using the install program. Now I've a problem. I pulled my coins off coinwallet.co on April 19 and block explorer shows it as confirmed but it is not in my wallet. Addy is correct.
