if as i understand for a few months boths chains stay active we need both explorers

what timeframe we can expect bittrex delist old ERC and add new ERC?

we are on the way for the new explorer...

No...Bittrex isnt involved in this swap. You have to transfer your coins from bittrex to swapserver and call us a new walletaddress for sending the new coins

1a. Backup wallet.dat from old unswapped europecoin
1b. Download new wallet: https://github.com/LIMXTEC/Europecoin-V3/releases
1c. Install it. You can run the old wallet and the new wallet together by creating a shortcut of the new
    europecoin-qt.exe and run with following addition -choosedatadir ---> it will start and ask you for the
    name of the new folder; it should be different than the old ERCV2-folder

1d. IMPORTANT!!
    Be sure, that you really have the old wallet with version 2.0.3.0!!! Only these version can transfer
    the old coins to swapserver. If you havee  Version 2.0.25.0 or even older, so make sure, to go to ERC V2.0.3.0.

2. Go to following link: http://www.europecoin.eu.org/swap-tool-erc

3. Press the 'Continue' button

4. Go to 'Account'  http://imgur.com/a/RrZnv

5. Click on 'Change' to fill in your new ERCwalletaddress from ERC V3.

6. For more security set a password.

7. Save your unique URL somewhere. Its also important for some delays or whatever could happen.
   Tell your Service Token only "szenekonzept", "Limx Dev" or "metamorpin" from Bitcointalk.

8. Click deposit. You reach the new swap-deposit-address, where you can send now your old coins.

9. By clicking reload symbol near of Balance, you should see after a while your incoming old coins on the
   swapserver. Or you click on pending deposit under 'Deposit' http://imgur.com/a/MXJQr

10. Wait now till monday. We are transfering the new coins always on monday.

11. last hint of chris:

  Please Note:

  - Please create for every transaction a new withdraw address.
  - Your received for 10 ERC one new ERC (10:1).
  - The payout day for new ERCs is always Monday.
  - Please use your account only for one transaction! ( Remove your cookis for a new account)
  - The minimum amount is 250 old erc.
  - We pay only full new ERC ( 250.007 old ERC = 25 new ERC).

12. Our first timeperiod should be around 6 months. We will announce still the exact date after the first smooth
    swapped coins.

I have just finished writing the notifications for partners
(explorers, analytic, portfolios, Payment processor, exchanges, merchants ... omg this list gets longer every time)
They will receive it tomorrow, the Coin Swap will run at least two moth but i think we will be faster, because of the fact,
that the remaining people will quickly end up here, when the chain begins to get its first hic-ups ...

I don't know how the exchanges are planning this upgrade, but i will know this very soon and
like always, will keep you up to date.

Dont go in panicmode. We have choiced a very long timeperiod for the swap and let the old chain running for a longer time than 1 month. So, if not everything is running smooth with the first wink, we will solve your problem for sure.

A question about the swap.
What of the coins on Staisybit? Will they be auto converted on the pool?  
I have less than 250 coins.

Less than 250 ERC cannot be transferred. We had decided to dont swap microamounts, because this would dramatically increase tons of work. So, hey, give me a pleasure and buy the few coins you need for the swap. You do a favour for the ERC-ecosystem. 

By the way, Staisybit is working very great and you can transfer from staisybit into old ercwallet2.0.3 within seconds.
You only have to click on the confirmations mail, staisybit automatically sent.

Just a question, though, why only on Mondays? It's quite long to have to wait for a week.

aaah got it,

yes...you have to resync...try first -rescan -reindex

Ok...I tested right now bittrex.

They are up to date to ERCV2.3 and you even could send coins from bittrex account directly to swapserver. But I cannot advice that, because its always better, to swap from your own wallet!

The swap itself is very hard controlled by chris. He is spending awesome much time to control everything. So he decided to only transfer coins from swapserver 1 times per week! Its his decision to choice this kind of security. And I love it, how he keeps that running.
My proposal for you: If you are unsure and fear, to have your coins to long out of your hands, so transfer your old ERC only on sunday to monday. So you reach exact one day later (monday then) your brandnew and wellcoded ERC V3 :-).

the first round of swapped coins are finished. I also can confirm, that I reached my first coins, I swapped. Its running very smooth and I even locked my first coins for timedeposits to reach more rewards :-)
