What is the withdrawal limit for a new user? Is there any KYC that I need to do before I can withdraw my coins?

if you are new user, i advice you stay away from this shit site, or you will lose everything, yoshit dont let you withdraw any amount of coins, almost all wallets are maintaining and if you are too lucky, you will be make withdraw after several month.

I know that yobit has a lot of such problems , but can you confirm that this happens even with coins like BTC , BCC , ETH , DASH , LTC ...etc
cause AFAIK yobit problems only exist with coins that aren't popular or that they don't have stable wallets , not saying that this is a right thing but the post really confuses me

So they can't play their 'maintenance' scam/trick on those projects. So they do it on projects, just like XBY, where the community is strong enough to keep the price above a certain point so they can buy it for less then that when they play the trick and sell it to them on other exchanges to the 'normal market price'.

but IDK why they are doing that , they are wasting serious opportunities with their acts like the volume that happened with CLAMs yesterday
the volume was really high in the main exchanges cause the price went way up , luckily I had that small CLAM withdrawal that yobit still not able to process
and I guess other traders know about that , cause yobit CLAM volume was so tiny ( less than 0.1 BTC ) and the prices in the exchange were under the other exchanges

people didn't buy cause they knew that yobit isn't processing CLAM withdrawals atm

Afaik the wallet has been repaired and as the result, the old address will be changed by new xby address. Just hope you still can get your xby back from your old address. But it will be long because of their worst support

Yes, the reviews about Yobit bad, but I can say that the transfer QIWI on Yobit working fine. Transferred money yesterday and three days ago, everything is fine.

This release solves the recent blockchain forking issue, including the follow changes:

- Synchronizing checkpoint & master server introduced; this is to remove constantly checking on the misbehaving and IP banning, along with the error "block with too little proof-of-stake or proof-of-work". The checkpoint master server and keys remain to be used from now on; they are likely to be removed in the future;

- Implemented a block generation rule: PoW / PoS blocks are mined / minted by following a pattern: 1) at least two PoS blocks minted between two consecutive PoW blocks, or PoW blocks generated every 10 minutes; 2) at least one PoW block is found in five consecutive PoS blocks, or PoS blocks generated every 3 minutes;

- Difficulty adjustment will be changed to four-block exponential moving average. When there is violation in aforementioned PoW / PoS generation rule, the difficulty remains unchanged. 

The following hard forks are scheduled to implement the changes:

- block 1481500: PoW / PoS block generation rule, and also exit point of the maintenance mode;
- block 1482000: difficulty adjustment algorithm switch.
