No use to complain on here, the best way is keep send them a support ticket or ask their mods in yobit's chat box. Yobit hasn't been active since july 11.

We need to let others know, this website is complete scam. I even found russians in their chat asking moderator, who control this website in case if yobit will just disappear with all investments: moderator just answered with smile - Nobody regulate or controll this . So lots and lots of people have lost money including myself, nobody bother to read your tickets for months (or even not reading at all). Chat moderators ban everyone for asking these questions or if they notice scammers from their team. Some of us going to collect all evidence and make video clip on youtube and facebook to let all users know!!!

What do you mean by "Yobit hasn't been active since july 11" ?
Exchange is working as usual, people getting scam, some idiots bla blaing in chatbox and bots pumping some unheard of coins.
Looks active to me. Do you mean that there is no support since 11 july?

"Yobit hasn't been active since july 11" means, the user Yobit, who had open this thread and who must be support or admin of the site yobit was last active on 11 July here, but to be hones, i think all yobit admins and supports are dead persons or zobies and answering question or solving problems once in 2-3 month.

to say shortly, its shit site with shit admins and supports

LOL how they can operate if they are dead? They are just poor when it comes to supporting and solving problems of their clients.

Here what I've learned about Yobit so far:

1. They are very slow in replying/fixing the issues.
2. Average support reply time is 14-20 days according to post's in this thread.
3. It will take much longer or forever, If you have problem with shit coin deposit/withdrawal. As they don't care at all about it (can't blame them for that).
4. Some coins is running on old forks - so you can't withdraw them from Yobit to personal wallet or another exchange.
5. Post in here helps, at least my issue was fixed and my support tickets was marked as "New". So I presume admin visiting this thread time to time.

I had a problem with frozen withdrawal and it took them 17 days or so to fix it. However I did about 4BTC worth of BTC+Alt coins deposits/withdrawals and they didn't steal a single Satoshi from me. So IMO not a Scam exchange, however if you run in to the trouble with withdrawal or deposit than it will be annoying to wait for support to fix/reply to it.

I have a doge deposit that has been 'in process' for over two months (from 13/05/2017), I would like to cancel the transaction.

Also, a visio withdrawal that has been pending for over 2 weeks (from 02/07/2017).

Finally, I have some doge I would like to withdraw but I want reassurance that it won't stuck 'in process' forever

I opened ticket 2 weeks ago (from 03/07/2017) but no response so far. Username: LeoTolstoy.

Any help / advice appreciated.

Both wallets are not in maintenance. Why is it taking so long?

1. They are very slow in replying/fixing the issues.

It has been proven by not only you, me but all of us.

2. Average support reply time is 14-20 days according to post's in this thread.

It is why many are pissed of this exchange.

3. It will take much longer or forever, If you have problem with shit coin deposit/withdrawal. As they don't care at all about it (can't blame them for that).

They care but only for the deposits that you will do for their profit.

4. Some coins is running on old forks - so you can't withdraw them from Yobit to personal wallet or another exchange.
Most of their coins are totally sh*t and even you'll withdraw them or in an updated fork, you'll still having problems.

5. Post in here helps, at least my issue was fixed and my support tickets was marked as "New". So I presume admin visiting this thread time to time.

He needs to be active most of the time it is his business and he should give too much attention for people's problem.

2 weeks not so bad, there are hundreeds of people not getting any responce at all!
Chat moderators are complete dickheads: they have their favorite spamers who do whatewer they want on the chat, even ask mods to ban one or another user they don like. Chad moderators such Matveevka, domikikherzog ban people for no reason. Yes NO REASON - no spam, no bad language, only asking to many questions!
Moderators are online 24/7 and reading chat logs all the time, but the only way to attract their atention  is to ask them about your problem publicly few times or call them  cocksuckers or tell something to their favorite asslickers on the chat, otherwise they wont show up
PEOPLE WHO READ THIS BEFORE DESIDING TO USE YOBIT - DO NOT USE IT ! your account with all your money can be baned, not only chat,   and you have no right to complain them

Its all lies of course. They were holding coins already for months, the coins I have withdraw still is in the cold storage. No support has ever responded to my ticket yet. I don't have btc on my account so I also can't chat. Do they pay their signature bounties too?
