There is a lot of requests in my PM, I've read all of them already.   Those requests will be handled during the next two days, you don't have to worry about that.

But unfortunately, we are almost run out of reserves and there is no possibility to buy new coins at the current really crazy rate. So, I've decided to stop accepting the new refund requests for a while.   The remaining part of balances will be gradually covered by mining fees accumulation, I'll start to accumulate mining fees after the hardware migration process will be completed.  

Will we see our LTC any year?

It's pretty easy to estimate.

• We were unlucky at the failure time, as the result we need 10k LTC approximately to close all balances;
• With 1% fee pool receives 0.5 LTC for every block;
• @ 3 gh/s pool finds 40 blocks per day in average, so average daily incoming is 20 LTC.

According to this data we need ~ 500 days (1.36 years) to close all balances.

But this valid for LTC losses only. If you convert received funds to USD and compare with your costs then you will see the positive balance much sooner, due to higher exchange ratio.  

P.S. Rusbelio Actually, you are already got the significant positive balance through the partial payment.

Anyway, old statistics collection is stopped since 01 December 2013, just as planned before. I'll stop mining daemon manually when my VPN will become available.

C тaкими вapиaнтaми - "cчитaeм пoжepтвoвaниeм"... кaк-тo нe cмeшнo. Или дoлжны быть выплaты, или нyжнo пpocтo пoлoжить пyл. Кpoмe тoгo, нe пoнятнo, кaк бyдyт идти выплaты дaлee - кaк и paньшe (sendmany), или кaк "generated"? BTC-E нe yмeeт втopoй вapиaнт

И нacкoлькo виднo в вeбe - cтaтиcтикa впoлнe cчитaeтcя и oнa впoлнe aктyaльнaя. Лyчший вapaнт - пoдoждaть блoк и тoгдa пoлoжить дeмoн, a пoтoм cтaтиcтикy, пpoизвecти выплaты, пoднять нoвый пyл/oпиcaть чтo и кaк бyдeт дaлee.

Hello Balthazar I had 26.9 LTC in my account and I got a partial refund of 8.96LTC refunded me in September. I do have this question how can I get the rest of 17.95 LTC back? I don't do a lot of mining and that's pretty much all the assests I have. I never asked payout because I trusted this pool. I sent you a pm about this and you said only a partial refund is possible at this time. Can you elaborate why?

That been said I really hope I could get the rest of my LTC as they are mine and I am quite unhappy to see what I am experiencing here.

Also, balthazar just commented that the coins to pay out all debts would be ready in 1.36 years. I think that's an optimistic assumption.

Why not make a "charity day" or two where all miners in the pool dedicate one day of hashing power to resolve that issue?

"Be ready to switch" doesn't mean "switch or you'll be hashing for free" to my understanding. It means "add a backup pool as our may be unreachable and other BS may happen". So far it was perfectly working with no evidence of something going wrong.

So I have been mining elsewhere since the incident this summer and just came back to see what progress has been made. Am I correct to say the issue has not yet been resolved and miners have not been paid yet?

I only have around 23 LTC on ltcmine.ru, but I would still like to withdraw them, but withdrawals are disabled I see. I know I can just read the last 50 pages of this thread to catch up, but I honestly don't think I should have to, so I would appreciate if the pool owner or someone else would give a brief explanation of the situation as it stands now.

I heard something about a partial payout if contacting Balthazar, is this correct? Some is better than nothing I guess. What is the ETA for a full payout? Will it ever happen?
