why arent sync

Possibly have some conflicting transactions.

Move your wallet out of your appdata/roaming/PayCon folder, delete everything in the folder except the PayCon.conf file and resync the Blockchain from the start with an empty wallet. Once you are fully synced, close your PayCon-qt client and move your wallet.dat containing your balance back into your PayCon folder.

I fixed the Sync issues that were present when Mudda made it, it runs beautifully now.

I already said I was from Vancouver in a reply to a post of yours already, it's also listed in my profile yet you go on and on that I am Mudda which I am not. I have no idea why you incessantly go on about me and Mudda being the same person and Troll me over your failed Coin that never got off the ground in which I had no involvement with.

I was trying to get COL fixed up around April of last year and was going to do an ICO for COL Coins but had the Developers I was working with at the time up and leave. Mudda helped with some fixes to help the Coin for free but it didn't catch all the bugs and I called it all off before it even started. No money was taken and you would have seen evidence of it if it had been because there would have been atleast one scam accusation topic. Sorry but I did have to reply to that one, I would normally just ignore it but people assume if you have a legendary account that you know what you are talking about. He's been trolling me for the last year over things that don't involve me when I've been trying to make it in Cryptoland legitimately and even when I tried being nice and explain to him, it really makes no difference. I've worked hard to get to this point and still have a long ways to go, I've been through more than I care to share, chasing down local developers and meetings, not being able to make rent and yet I am still here every day fighting to make it and help people around me. He's welcome to dig as much as he wants but would come up empty handed and all people involved would back me up.

Now back to our regular programming schedule

Been making headway on the BTER voting and new Facebook and Twitter are under way. Proof of Stake has been performing very well and sometime next week I will likely make an offer for sale of some of my Coins in order to pay for some services/new exchange.

Yes true, PoS has been performing so good so far. I got a block today, lucky I got 30 coins, but what I would like to know is, I got it 4 hours before (from the time of writing), and currently it ain't staking and showing that "Not staking because you don't have mature coins", I want to know that when will they be called "matured" and will start staking again?

Blocks need a minimum of 2 days before they are eligible to Stake. Once you have some Blocks of Coins that are above the minimum age, the little green arrow will light up like a lantern and boom! You have Blocks competing for Stake on the network.
