I added some RPC calls to the source code such as moneysupply which gives you come information about the growth of the money supply over the last day, week, month and block speed as well get getmoneysupply that you can read it from a certain Block. I added more accurate weight gain and time estimates, fixed up the volume/money supply in the statistics, added splitblock (although commented out atm), Orphan removal, Stake for Charity RPC calls and GUI although there is a small conversion problem of int64_t to qint64& to work out.

Probably want to adjust s4c code to use coin control https://github.com/hyperstake/HyperStake/commit/7ea17ac9fbb443f53233f05926afe7de9da24dde
