But if you use Bitcoin, you might need to submit a scanned copy of your driver's license or passport, to prove that you are over 18 years of age. You don't need to submit an identity proof per se, but you will be needing to prove that you are more than 18 years old. So by default, an identification proof is required. The porn sites are helpless in this matter. If someone can prove that these sites could accept individuals less than 18 years old, then they will get blacklisted, and probably banned.

Not completely true.. The receiving address is known to be of the porn site. If your sending address has any link at all anywhere on the blockchain to you identity, everybody is able to tell what freaky porn you like. It's not like the credit card companies are smiling when they see what you bought (maybe because of the amount spent though )
