Still it might get dangerous somehow. You can chargeback your money with CreditCards yet you cannot do it with bitcoins. So if This Porn Provider cancels your account for no reason you can't do anything about it.
This goes for any service thou. What if I want to buy ebooks and I have to deposit bitcoins first then purchase them. They could take my money for no reason. That is why you have do research before and see what is going on. Trust will be the factor that separates companies from other companies. On the other side: porn producers/affiliates now deal with excessive chargebacks... It happens very regularly a paysite can prove a member purchased a membership, logged in, downloaded videos for a couple of days, then charged back his fee... Most of the time, the paysite loses, and people have downloaded their content for free... Well like somebody said above, bitcoin and porn are perfect fo each other. Your case of the cragebacks is well argumented. I would also add that bitcoin allows its users that are paying on porn sites semi anonymity, since we all know that people paying with bitcoins are well protected and their real identity cannot be so easy connected back to them. |

Porn industry can be very good niche and business opportunity for bitcoin.
At least, anonymity is the strongest point in bitcoin, and it's safe to use bitcoin as payment tool.
Of course, there is also a lot SCAM in porn industry and also it's very fine line between
the legality and illegality there.
We have to be aware about this and not to jeopardize bitcoin and brought it under government investigation.
There's not a lot of porn worth paying out nowadays imo. It's just so easy to find for free that you don't really feel inclined to do so. There's some golden material to be found in a website called clips4sale tho, I wish that site had Bitcoin payments, lots of nice videos by non famous producers to be had over there. |

In the business sense, bitcoin for porn is no different than other businesses recently accepting bitcoin. Businesses make the decision to accept the risk of volatility with bitcoin but they also probably exchange bitcoin for fiat just as quickly. If anything, this practice is only adding to the stability of bitcoin although spikes in bitcoin business could affect the supply/demand curves to the detriment of bitcoin if vendors rapidly exchange all bitcoin to fiat.
But if businesses are also incentivizing bitcoin purchases with discounts then that could put more pressure on the supply of bitcoin and be beneficial to bitcoin prices.
Regardless of what it is: Porn, Pizza, Plumbing... whatever... it's all good.

Yup totally agreed i dont want to buying porn with my real namei prefer using bitcoin for purchased an adult item because bitcoin is anonymous and this is very kind for porn industry that's a very good advise and besides, porn sites dont ask for identification whenever you sign up. the capacity to pay for the subscription is what they are after |

I think its only a matter of time before the porno industry gets on board. Both customers and businesses can benefit from btc. Nobody really wants to put their real name to porn purchases and porn companies are often blocked by things like paypal and the ones that do work with them usually charge expensive fees so bitcoin is perfect.
