Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean others do. If bitcoin is to suceed as a currency people should be able to buy anything wit it. Bitcoin could really help people in the porn industry as well as consumers who dont want their name tied to purchases. |

The important point in porn is, people dont want their family or friends know that they have watched porn, although I guess most people have watched it. Thats why they need anonymity, and bitcoin provide that.

In my opinion, the recent Ashley Madison scandal should accelerate the Bitcoin adoption by the mainstream porn websites. Users are getting more and more worried about their data (profile information, credit card details.etc) getting hacked. In my opinion, Bitcoin is the only viable payment method which could guarantee 100% anonymity for these users right now.

Porn has his influency in many technologies, just like it helped bitcoin...
