0 active connections to network wallet greencoin

how can i solve it ?

Try the nodes from this commit (mainly the top one).

Wallet needs to be recompiled for users, not sure who will do it. Let me know if you still have issues.

Sorry you are still having issues.  You can find a list of current nodes from the block explorer here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/gre/#!network

You could try adding some of them to your config file to see if that will help.

I put a new image my greencoinv2.conf file is at the right location, my padlock unlock, as well as line typing on the console. Have I forgotten some things because I'm still offline?

I download the file and unzip it in greecoinv2 I pasted my wallet.dat.
Launch the wallet and waited, I also retapper in the console line.

I've experienced a few different issues trying to connect with other coins.  Sometimes I've seen issues with port mapping with UPnP.  You could try turning it on if it is off or off it is on.  I've run across other issues where I needed to turn off the router and reboot the computer.  Once I even had an issue with a config file where I removed all the old 'addnode' commands from it and put in a fresh list of nodes and things started to work.  Hopefully you can get things working.
