Request action in the lobby isn't working any longer, not sure if this is intentional or not.

I cashed out my old SwC balance ~24 hours ago.  Nothing has shown up on the blockchain yet.  How often are these typically processed?

Also, I had 2FA on my old SwC account, so I don't know if that has any affect on my cashout request.

Kind of odd since it WAS working and now it isn't.  Don't usually see poker sites devolve over the course of a week.

Also there was a crash today and it fucked up some of the MTTs.  Waiting to see if they "make it right".

What exactly does that feature do, is it for getting more players in , or calling support.  ?

It posts a link to the table in the lobby chat so that others can click it and join your table/tournament.

The HORSE MTT skipped the 2nd lhe round...I think the level timer keeps running during the breaks.  Another big problem.

Your client shows: there are no communications settings available, the app will now exit.

What's wrong Micon??

I have this problem twice, last time I re-installed to fix the problem, but this time occurs again.  Cry

Do I need re-install again or plz fix the problem?

Is there a list of royalties and an explanation for sidepots (for lack of a better term) in ofc/p tournaments.

On this note, if you click help -> how to play (web) in the client you get a dead webpage. It's been fun so far.

this page is so badly needed it's stupid.

Every time I go to pick it up the site flickers connectivity or something major.

I'm going to do it now and at least get something basic up there to explain the "Action on your money once" and the order of settlement for table stakes / busting an MTT.

also, OFC/p MTTs are the shit.

Thanks man. I have updated it several times over the past week or so.  Still says no registered e-mail for this account.  I know you are only getting updates on the e-mail addresses every few days or whatever, but I have seen every other person get their account restored while I wait.  I know it will happen, and I can still access SWC on another account, so I am alive, but I don't feel alive.  I am going to go make a new e-mail address now, and add/update that one to it on the old site.

I have 3 accounts i was told to email update i did when i tried to retrive them said no such account. They don't have much krill in them so no worries there.

such a massive amount of the userbase reported no issues with updating a different email to each account.  the 2+2 thread is littered with players saying it was successful.

just make sure it's a different email account than you used ever on Seals and you will be good.  Seals continues to ship us new data so please go and do this.

obv cash out your SealsWithClubs balances and please, tell anyone you know that ever played to do the same.

(Oops, posted this to the old SwC thread instead of here.)

Just noticed something really neat under Options.  You can customize the bet slider so that each button does an action of your choice, both for preflop and postflop decisions.  So you could have the first button bet 40% of the pot, the second 60%, etc.  Set a button to "max" for the all-in that some people want.

Just click Options anywhere (under File-->Options or wherever such as the button on the table window), and "Bet Slider."

Some other little things that impress me include 4-color deck by default and tournament breaks on the 55.  I don't know why 4-color decks aren't the default on every site, since that's always the first thing I change on any poker site, and it's nice to be able to take a break even while playing multiple tournaments with different start times, since that always pissed me off on the previous site.

-- peppered with 5 chip freerolls in many different disciplines as well as the good 'ole 2 card holdy

I hope these itty bitty freerolls stick around for a while.  They're pretty fun and may introduce people to these new games without the pressure of playing for high stakes at first, because many of the fans of the bad*i style games are high stakes players.  Nobody wants to lose their shirt to learn a game.

Also if krillrolls are ever introduced again, it might be neat to see some of them in oddball formats or dealer's choice.  Most of the people who qualify for these things in the first place are veterans and can probably stand to pick up a new game or two if they don't know it.

ETA:  eliminating a multipost.

I hate to say it, but bitcoin poker 2.0 is not here until you guys do something other than offer services to the sheeple who use Windoze.  As long as using spyware-ridden, insecure, proprietary and controlled OS is a prerequisite to playing on your site then you guys can't really claim to be doing the work you used to do when you provided free anonymous bitcoin poker over the internet to *anyone* using *free/libre* OSs.

I love you guys.  I just think that you're missing the point if you keep on developing .exe files that no one with half a brain about security would ever run, ever.

I was thinking the same thing at first, but maybe it's a smart move... What could be better than a poker room full of Windows users? Wink

MAJOR issue.  Some stud games have ZERO bring-in.  In tournaments, this is especially bad because players with few chips or who just get bored will sit out and never blind off.  I was in a razz tournament where this happened.

Here's an example.

Agreed.  However, I'm dumb and cautious... I was comfortable running the app and the web browser, but don't want to run an exe.

Perhaps running the app or web browser were dumb, too, but I don't feel comfortable running an exe on my home computer.

Will the app be resurrected at some point?

What can I do to feel comfortable this program isn't a virus stealing my passwords?  Is there some sort of certificate for that?  How to other feel safe running it?

I totally believe Micon's cool, but I'm curious how the lay person feels comfortable downloading and running an exe on their computer when not published by a "big" company... not saying that "big" companies are safer either...

Thanks in advance!

Looking forward to a new app, or browser based solution for me Smiley

Also, how do you register?  I don't see a button.  Are our same usernames available on the new site?

Can I login to see my krill, or is it only through the PC client?

Is there a way to transfer my previous account balance which was 100000 sats (not too much I know) to the new site, I couldn't cash-out as I had forgotten the password and there was no way to have it reset.

To recover your old account:

- Click the "log in" button in the client.
- Click "Forgot User ID/Password"
- Enter your username and click "Send Reset Code"

You will get an email from support @swcpoker.eu with a reset code.  It might end up in the spam folder.

Go back to the "Forgot User ID/Password" window and insert the reset code and your new password.

If your account didn't have an email address attached, then go to the old SealsWithClubs.eu website and use the form at the bottom of the page to attach one.

1)  Windows is all we have today, but mac / linux / android on the way.  This is the facts and I'm sorry if some have to wait.  SwC's launch was not an ideal setting.

2) Stud games will be fixed soon

3) planned restart in ~1 hr.   Shouldn't be down too long, but you know there is always variance here.
