I got one and it was one of the flex-fit one-size-fits-all types.  I thought it was a nice hat though.  Gave it to a friend of mine who goes to casinos a lot more than me---he can properly support swc in that environment more than I can wearing the hat and staring at a computer screen Smiley

I agree with the very last bit of what you said.  I don't even play on the site, but that's because they only have a windows client and I don't have a windows.  However, I did get a hat.  I don't know why I deserved it but dude wrote to me by pm and asked if I wanted one.  I emailed them and got it for my pal.  True story bro.

Or Android/linux and gnu/linux, but I agree.  I think that apparantely they did some analysis and some large majority of their biggest players were using windows.  But I also can say that if sealswithclubs.eu had been a windows only binary download I would have never tried it.

I sorta wish we could have mavens back, even if it was just temporarily.

The problem was that when they bought this software it was already Windows only.

I can't comment directly for SwC, but I know that they're working hard and want to launch new clients as soon as possible.  But I understand your frustration, and I can't wait for you and everyone else to be able to play again.

So many winners tonight. The 5k krill roll is done, but the 20k and 75k are still in progress! Medium BTC coming to an end. We paid out over 12 BTC in tournaments tonight. The rewards for our seals get better and better every week.

Was an awesome Sunday.  The Little BTC was as large as I can remember with over 50 players, and at the peak that I saw we were right around 300 players online.   Cool

No reason to not believe tspacepilot.  And yeah, they are the nice flex fit ones.

I don't have one myself, but they look like this:

That's because you only play on the bus...they wanted to promote the site to the bus riders

Funny that you remember that, but I can't be playing on the bus anymore till I get and android client.  Then I'll definitely be ruling the scene on my bus once again.  Most of this year I just have to look out the window or read a dumb book or something. Sad

Ah yeah, I know the first hats from the old site were not great before they switched over to the nice flex fit ones.

But as far as I know all of the SwC hats have been the one that I posted.  I don't want to post pictures of people without asking them first, but I've seen photos of people wearing the hats that SwC is giving away and they look good.

Reminder that tonight there is a 1.25k NL Holdem Overkrill Tournament

Nice, thanks for the update.  If I can't get one from the Krill Leaderboard I'll have to buy one eventually.

Noticed something odd today during the 5k krillament.  'PaulC' got eliminated in 16th (on the pure money bubble, 15 paid) following the hand after the 17th player got eliminated.  PaulC still had ~3k in chips and was about to be the button and was sitting out.  Why was he picked up and eliminated and where did his chips go?

I saw this, too.  In fact, it was that hand that led to me being moved from one table to another.  Seeing as he was sitting out, he didn't play the hand.  There was another sitout whose stack was untouched, although he had been playing earlier in the game.  PaulC had to have been playing at one point in the tournament not to have blinded off, though, and to have 3400+ chips at the start of the hand.

If there is a rule, especially a rule that is inconsistent with every other poker site in the world, it needs to be explained on their site or at the very least on here so everyone can understand and abide by it.  If it's a bug they need to say "oops" and explain/correct it (and I'd assume compensate individuals affected by it, which to be honest they have been very good about doing since the rebranding).  To have this sitting around unanswered, especially with support making a post several hours ago, is very odd.
