Im still not clear on the fastest way to move this chain. Spots said earlier only way is to send transactions, but then one person said they are getting blocks fast on suprnova (said today), and someone else said they are solo mining. So is there ANY way other than sending tx to speed to block 16k. I dont care if its 0 reward, Ill do whatever. If its sending tx, then Ill setup a macro bot to do that 24/7 1 coin at a time.

I just looked at suprnova and clearly that hasnt been used in 500 blocks.

It wouldn't require another fork. I would just show the exchanges how to snapshot at that block and not accept anything past it. This means your clients would still work until block 16,000, but anything after block 10,000 would be completely ignored

Ensuring transactions are flowing is the best help. I've got plenty of hash I can turn on if needed, but at this point, consistent transactions are important, even if it's for .001

I've forwarded this idea to Richie. Will let you guys know when I hear back. If they want to do this, I'll update the github so all pools / exchanges can update from there. The rest of us can just continue to use our current clients (to avoid confusion with a new fork) until block 10,000, at which point all exchanges would halt the chain and the snapshots would be taken

What are you on about? I just said I went to suprnova and checked and there was 0 hash. I did NOT say I mined there, I said I went there and looked.

finally got both wallets on same chain now have no emoney in either but still throwing 20gh solo so should help a bit. i added emoney.minerpools.com and minerpools.com as a node

Now that I have the macrobot working, I can move a few thousands blocks tonight. It sends a small transaction to spots each address by itself every 2 seconds automatically. I cant do it now because i cant use the computer for other things if I run it. If its still moving slowly then Ill move it on another pc so it can run 24/7.

Or if you have a few usb asics aound like old block erupters or ant u1/u2/u2+/u3 you can setup your emoney.conf for windows run the wallet in server mode grab bfgminer and solo the wallet that way

SO - Clients will continue to work until block 16,000, but Github is updated to reflect the block 10k shutoff. This will, for all exchanges that have compiled Version 1.1.3 (not needed for user clients) FREEZE ON BLOCK 10,000 AND BALANCE SNAPSHOTS WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS TIME. IF YOU MISS IT, YOU LOSE YOUR COINS FOREVER

Please make sure all coins are on Bittrex by block 10,000 - This will hit either tomorrow or Saturday, most likely
