Do it!!

Youve already got the price going up up up!!

Its actually OVER 1900 sats now, took this screen shot 4 min ago.

This will be MORE than 4000 sats in less than 24 hrs, youll see Wink

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

WHY!??! Send your donation, this is not escrow, and you wont find a more trusted Dev. You new to crypto?

Pool it all in 1 fund. All going to 1 address all going out to 1 address. OCminer already has 40k might as well make 100k

100% vote for Igotspots and his plan, and I hope the original dev holds some Emoney and profits from it as well. No reason to hate, I think he tried, and it is a great brand name.

My vote is DONT wait it out. Lets pay to have this fixed. If we wait the is certainly more problems headed our way. IF we bounty igotspots to repair, it WILL be fixed right and under his watch, we dont have to worry about some flakey dev taking off. Also once Spots takes control of this coin, the price will go crazy because of the trust factor.

Vegas

If I do fix it, you guys don't have to pay me anything (and the premine would be destroyed). I'll put an address up for the new chain if anyone wants to, but I wouldn't expect anything for it. I don't have any of these now, but a lot of people seem to have a lot invested. I just think the name would make a good addition to GorillaStake

iGotSpots: ''You won't get a PoS block until at least 2nd Mar 2015 10:17:55'' Wink

That was based on the assumption that PoS was enabled after  block 6000. 2nd Mar 2015 10:17:55 is exactly 24h after block 6000 so based on mincoinage this would be correct.

Unfortunately that assumption is/was wrong. :|

Correct. I now think it is difficulty and possibly stake modifiers. But you haven't seen a PoS block so far, so my statement wasn't wrong quite yet  Wink

Wink

See main.cpp:

Code:
41   static CBigNum bnProofOfStakeLimit(~uint256(0) >> 24);
...
45 static CBigNum bnProofOfStakeNewLimit(~uint256(0) >> 20);

1037  unsigned int ComputeMinStake(unsigned int nBase, int64 nTime, unsigned int nBlockTime)
1038  {
1039    if (nTime > 1404997564 ) //Timestamp of block 24800
1040        return ComputeMaxBits(bnProofOfStakeNewLimit, nBase, nTime);
1041    else
1042        return ComputeMaxBits(bnProofOfStakeLimit, nBase, nTime);
1043  }

Thats a little odd (block 24800)? An attempt to reduce PoS diff after a certain timestamp - which has already passed and doesn't work in that case because it would require a PoS block to get minted to have an impact - I guess?

As for the general argument of "why save a coin that might be in trouble?", simple, the more bad experiences people have in cryptos, the most likely they are to leave the marketplace and take all of their money with them. Helping people on the other hand earns goodwill, and counters all the ICO scams and other crap many of us had to deal with. We need more people helping each other out and making cryptos stronger, not more people burned out and giving up, and telling others to stay away.

Hi guys, i am one of the above, you call newbie.... is the dev really gone!!?? Please keep the updates going and let people know the excact steps and specs etc... i am maybe not as big as you guys...that i find really funny  Grin Grin.... please keep the updates going i also have coins@minerpools that i cant get out...have anyone noticed there is still 230Th on the net! why is that?..

Are you sure that it was not a temporary reduction due to the coins staking? They should reappear when the staking is finished and the stake confirmed.
