You can mine with an empty wallet. It's still a PoW (proof of work) coin, so you will be using your CPU power to mine, just like in the very early days of bitcoin. Where is the wallet?

The wallet isn't out yet. It's part of the coin so it will be released when the coin officially comes out (which is today). We will be providing download links for compiled versions as well. We're currently in countdown mode as we wrap things up. Keep an eye on this thread, our reddit, or ziftrcoin.com. The coin using a new algorithm (internally we call it zr5). It's similar in concept to x11 with some added features, including our optional Proof of Knowledge (PoK - we're all loving the chicken jokes btw). |
