GPU miner will officially be released , but only with PiMP combination . For now... It won't be just PiMP, though I see how our post is confusing. http://www.reddit.com/r/ziftrCOIN/comments/2zeain/update_on_gpu_mining_ziftr_pool_and_qt_wallet/We're planning on basically releasing everything we have. Our GPU mining isn't up to our satisfaction in performance OR usability, but we're going to release what we have so the tinkerers can tinker. The botnet was a huge distraction for us, so hopefully some GPUs can help stem that, but won't kill the value of the coin. Then we can focus development on things people want instead of battling botnets. Can someone please explain what pimp mining is please ? thx Its like a bootable image which you can install on a USB stick and boot a rig from.. it has all the necessary stuff on board to start mining on that rig via the USB stick

PiMP : Portable Instant Mining Platform http://www.getpimp.org/In short: It's a linux distro built with the sole purpose of mining. It has some tweaks & tools for advanced management (pool settings, rig monitoring, etc). Cheers!

get some HW error after a few day I have try used many setting with -w -X gpuengne and memclock but still got HW error setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
sgminer.exe -k zr5 -o stratum+tcp://zrc-stratum.suprnova.cc:2257 -u ziftrcoin.1 -p x -w 256 -g 2 -X 1024 --gpu-powertune 20 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1500 --lookup-gap 2 only use: sgminer.exe -k zr5 -o stratum+tcp://zrc-stratum.suprnova.cc:2257 -u ziftrcoin.1 -p x -w 256 -i 18 When i am home i will send u my .conf file, this because i dont put this information into the .bat file. atm i am at work till 22:00 gmt+1 trying with your setting but still get hw error, this happen after a day, before is no problem and i think i'm not the only one I'll crosspost here since I am getting no response in the mining forum:
Wolf0,
I am using the Ziftr miner on 6 different rigs. These rigs all have AMD 14.6 or 14.7 installed so I put the 15.3b drivers in your miner folder. After about 18 hours of running with no reboots (yea!) each rig has multiple hardware errors and it is ALWAYS and ONLY gpu 0. Does that mean anything to you?
I am using Tahiti cards, 1050/1500, xI 1024, w 256, g 2
Please advise. NB: running with x11 algo everytthing is normal when running whirpoolx and zr5 algo with wolf mod shows hw error and unstable hash now my PC looks something change everything running as administrator automatically >.< Exactly the same over here, 2 Rigs, both 6 cards, both card 0 multiple hw errors.. Very strange indeed!

I dont get the ccminer on ziftrpool to work. The other ccminer I have that works only gives me 1,7 MH on my GTX 960 card. On the same card and as it is clocked now I get 5,4 MH in x11... Anyone know any better ccminer to use?

(a 95% confidence level interval would be [average-1.96*error;average+1.96*error]) Obviously this numbers takes time (ans statistics) to stabilize...

"vector" : "2", "thread-concurrency" : "13578", "lookup-gap" : "2", these are useless for non-scrypt algos.
