If someone wants to try a stratum pool:

https://zrc-stratum.suprnova.cc

You'll have to use the stratum enabled miners there though, my getwork miners do NOT work.

I'll be updating the getting started pages later !

We made the source for stratum pools public this morning (I think). We just haven't announced it.

Have at it:
https://github.com/ziftrcoin

Based on your source, i created:

ziftrCOIN NOMP based pool
zrc.multipools.info

- Pool Fee: 0% , mine without fees - PROMO;
- Payout: every 10 minutes (min. 1.0 ziftrCOIN) - subject to change, too little inputs will get you higher fees;
- Anonymous mining, just point your miner at stratum+tcp://multipools.info:44444 with your ZRC address anything as pasword;
- The fastest public CPU miner with stratum support - optimised by ig0tik3d, added stratum by scmorse, compiled for Win64 by me;

Please, spread the hashrate among the pools, more than 51% of the hashrate on a single pool is a dangerous for the network.

the stratum stuff is necessary for (fast) gpu's mainly.. it has vardiff etc. but the payouts/workload etc is all the same

This is Analysis for the miner posted here https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.ziftrpool.io/CPU-Miner-Win64.zip

It is a miner, i guess its normal to have these false positives - BitCoinMiner, Hacktool.Win64.BitCoinMiner.U, Win64.Riskware.BitCoinMiner.E, etc.

I build it on clean VM with freshly installed copy of Win 8.1 x64.

To anyone using the ziftrCOIN NOMP pool code, make sure you use an updated daemon from https://github.com/ZiftrCOIN/ziftrcoin/tree/v0.9.31 and have usepok=0 set in your conf file of the daemon that the pool connects to.

Even the official (experimental) Ziftr CPU Miner will be flagged at least twice on that website. There's been a trend lately to hide bitcoin miners in viruses, so the mining software will often get flagged since it contains mining code.

cpu miner v1.1 optimized by ig0tik3d (non stratum) is better.

How so? Based on what?

I have 2 AMD linux miners that uses stratum version and they have more khash per core and in general.
My Win 7x64 with Phenom II x4 965 has gone to 380 khash with my compile, compared to non stratum ~ 355-360 khash.

Maybe it's your CPU, because i read that the AMD's get more khash with ig0tik3d miner.

Right now I'm testing something awesome, but it's only for AVX CPUs.
On my shitty free AWS it goes from ~8-10 khash to ~16 khash.

Mind the fact that the free AWS has only one core and it is limited by "stealing" CPU cycles...

My paid VPS (which I dont use for mining) vCPU is QEMU and it can't compile since there is no AVX declared...  Angry

OK, and how you define better?

More hash per core, more hash per CPU, more coins... How?
The time of the test is also important, for few minutes, few hours, few days?

I test different builds on Win and Linux since ig0tik3d posted his source.

- Pool Fee: 0% , mine without fees - PROMO;
- Payout: every 10 minutes (min. 1.0 ziftrCOIN) - subject to change, too little inputs will get you higher fees;
- Anonymous mining, just point your miner at stratum+tcp://multipools.info:44444 with your ZRC address anything as pasword;
- The fastest public CPU miner with stratum support - optimised by ig0tik3d, added stratum by scmorse, compiled for Win64 by me;

Please, spread the hashrate among the pools, more than 51% of the hashrate on a single pool is a dangerous for the network.
Can you please give us the source code of your Qt Wallet with Stratum code ? I see only a binary 64 bits version.
Thanks.
