yes it's hard to achieve
but even playing for only the jackpot is very +EV if u consider betting only 1 satoshi every bet ( considering the min win is 0.2 BTC )

you can check any roll status by using command in chat box !#300000000 so with command you can check any roll status which are not achieved, the winner of 300M is  @FaucetFucker as  it seems that roll is from faucet amount anyway congrats to the winner for this roll.
