I'd say the most important thing is that there is no serious payment issues in their site.
You need to ask the players instead of the owner..come to chat and ask them why they still play in this site.

No that is not true that is internal issue not from someone if you are playing on other dice site than you can know that blank page problem appear on primedice too but there is no contest.
