I didn't send any ticket because i know why they banned my account ..... actually they have not potential to give extra money by faucet !
So i decided to share this issue by you people & inform you about their Performance !

Okay, so you don't want your account unbanned How does thinking you know what happened justify doing nothing?

That is correct, I am still claiming and playing with only my faucet and nothing happened to my account. I withdraw alot already from using only faucet and collect giveaway from the meteor shower but they dont banned my account so I think it is a different problem there and not because of faucet

Where did you see that? I have played on dadice a couple of times, but I have never seen such message.

On login page ...... i use faucet and just by playing rewards of faucet i won so many BTCs . maybe it's for that .

I don't think "your status is now active" means your account is closed.
Honestly, I didn't get anything you said. Can you provide a screenshot or something?
And what exactly is the problem? You can't log in? ??

Is your username @Monopoly mate? In this case there is nothing wrong with your account, restricted yes (Faucet Timer currently on 25 minutes), but the account is not suspended and should be fine.

I tried all options and DASH and Tether seems to be not working.

I just tried it as well and I got an deposit address shown. Might have been a temporary problem with the Shapeshift API. Please try again and let us know if there are persistent problems.

As long as everything is reasonable we do not suspend accounts. Users can use redeem the faucet, roll and withdraw their proceeds.

However, if we notice that a single user is withdrawing multiple times each day - every day from faucet use only, his account will sooner or later be suspended.
Multiple accounts belonging to the same user are another criterion.
